Uhh, you kinda did. If you were Legacy, you paid initial to qualify for legacy status.

If you purchased a CE, you paid the extra CE, as well as a possible pre-order fee at individual stores (if you're an idiot and didn't pre-order online or just wanted some physical goodie).

This is a paid service, so yeah, we paid. Stop saying that we didn't. SE wasn't giving Early Access away for free. There was a cost associated, and we paid that cost for our access.

Standard version exemple on PS3 39.99 in 2 weeks game will still cost 39.99 you didnt pay MORE then 39.99 to get the goodies (the digital goodies and EA are free)

If your retailer charged you more to reserve it you got fucked that's all

To be honest, I still don't think this is any worse than first week or so of WoW release.

The few servers could not handle the severe amount of unexpected players, they implemented a broken queuing system that also would bug out and not work properly. The only fix is buying and setting up more servers. I never played DAoC but I hear something similar happened with it.

Well they've got 31 hours to do that. I'm no expert on the matter and 25 servers for JP seems fine, but the same number for the entire western world? It really doesn't seem enough.

Do we still bomb the shit out of everyone with atomic weapons after Hiroshima, or did we learn something? I don't care what previous release had problems. SE had the benefit of seeing how EVERY MMO released prior to ARR was handled, and had the chance to try and be different. Hell, they had the benefit of 1.0.

Inexcusable, no matter how you try to sugarcoat it with previous ties of previous struggles.
