I think they just overestimated their Quebecois team. We've been on JP servers the entire time, haven't we? Until beta 4, I mean. The JP servers are tried and true, and now we're ironing out the brand new Montreal servers.

Vendog does have a point tho. Its only because the majority of the people here play on NA/EU servers. i doubt its 1:10 but the people affected is a lower % than one might imagine.

I would say it's 100% unless you think those that don't get errors magically still get to play during the constant maints...

It doesn't matter if the other region doesn't have problems, because this is something that only affects NA/EU datacenters anyway. And the whole problems arises from the fact that the population for this region is bigger. Add to that the fact that you can't say some people are not affected, because there's been multiple maintenances now and arguments like his are pretty worthless.

Same. Well I got error 90000 once, but was able to log on an hour later. Only time I have had trouble is when servers go down or instance was bugged before servers going down.

Also I am not sure if this is a bug but I hate how Manor dungeon music at the start goes away when you engage your first fight, I really like the music.

I havent had any errors since EA started and only time i had issues is when servers went down. But that dont bother me and won't divert me from sticking with the game cause i got other stuff going on in my life than spamming the play button on a video game. I dont understand why people devote themselves to a game then say RL > game? Yall just need to chill they will work this stuff out.

why wouldn't it? if you're basing the success of the entire EA based on the problems that happen based on 1 datacenter then i can very well say the EA was a smashing success because based on the datacenter from which I play on I encountered no problems at all. None, save for a lobby congestion at the very start of EA, which I had already expected. If it could happen to me, I could in fact say that some people are not affected. If you really want to bring in the point about maintenance, i hope you realize not everyone plays 24/7 and may not have intended to play during those times, even if they went the extra mile to get EA. Personally, I've only been affected by one 3hr maint. Nothing much compared to the 20+hrs I've put into the game in EA thus far.

That being said they do need to give better support to NA/EU servers. I'm thinking more NA/EU servers in Quebec is probably the best long-term solution ahead, but if you don't have anything tying you down you could always play on a JP server and live with the longer distance between the server and yourself, but not deal with this current error shitstorm.
