I think throughout beta 4/EA I have spent more time on these forums figuring out why game isn't working as compared to actually playing it. So far so good

DF was working for me just fine after maint 1. Quest instance however, not so much. So i just dungeon grinded.

On the topic of DF I was considering leveling a dps class first since I thought there'd be a ton of tanks/healers >.> glad I leveled GLD now, gg insta queues.

I got in for about 20min after the Gilgamesh Crash and before this maint. I did a Guildhest, main story instance, FATE, and was porting to 2nd Guildhest when I got 90k'd.

I would really like to know just exactly how many people are playing. Who has access to that type of info besides SE?

More people need to check off "Join parties in progress" on Duty Finder.

I feel like I'm the only one who does and the few times it's dragged me into an existing group, it ends up being me and 1~2 dopes standing around while time ticks away. Such a waste of time and my spot in the queue

It is as bad as people are making it out to be if you can't play during EA, which people cannot. Multiple hour+-long maintenences, errors, boots, server issues, inabilities to to instance or even zone at times.

And this is just EA. Just those who really wanted to play the game enough to pay for early access. When the "sure, it looks alright, I'll give it a shot" players come around on the 27th and run into this wall... then we'll see how long or short SE's forgiveness leash is.

Pretty sure Tanks will always be instant queues and DPS will always have long queues.
