Not much of a complaint but I happen to be fishing in Coerthas where one of those "quest NMs you use an item to weaken, otherwise it's really fucking hard for no reason" spawns. Bear in mind this is a ~40 thing.

Pretty much 9/10 people don't remember or figure out quest items are a thing. Of those, maybe 1/9 will listen when I tell them.

I remember doing that quest and coming in to some random DRG getting his as handed to him. I wind up saving him and finish him off. He's like, "You need it, too?" I say yeah and pop it, then use the item. He's all, "What the hell, that was a pushover!" And my reply was, "You didn't use the weakening item, did you?" He just kind of did the ... thing wand waltzed off in shame.

Primal weapons are stupid.

Done Primals 40+ Times or so, Don't see a single SMN book. Finally get a SMN Book on Garuda and I lose lot to a SMN already using an Ifrit Book. I'm really trying now to be upset but I'm literally seething. I knew the second i saw that SMN in the party (Was wearing the Healer robe from AK BTW) that he would win lot.

Wish Titan wasn't such a cockblock or I'd finish my Relic

.. Primal weapons really are just sh*t you greed on so you can Ding into, trying to get them for you main job seems pointless as you can have your relic by the time you ever see one half the time... Ughgorhg How gimp it was is just making me more angry. OUFEIOWGHIUWREGHIWURGH

Can't really blame him for lotting. Garuda and Titan weapons are ilevel 70 whereas Ifrit is ilevel 60, so it is a decent upgrade.

Totally agree the primal drop system is retarded however.

I don't blame Him, I know Garuda/Titan Weapons have Higher I.lv and Damage. I just simply hate the system entirely and rage at high levels due to him having now 2 Primal weapons being as gimp as fucking sin and I sit here trying to get Darklight and such to crawl up the gear ladder to Titan/Relic weapon ... I .. it just eats my brain.

Welcome to everyday for me since 27th of august <.< it got better but still there, I'm out of ideas on my side of the connection(tried anything right now) and well, square is keeping blaming my isp which is out ideas too, they tried everything they could xD

I'm still guessing they can't fix their shit because of incompetence <.<

The stop/starting bullshit could be that SE is under DDoS, or they are getting serious packet loss. I experienced that crap ALL DAY yesterday. Also ran out of ideas on my end too. It's not even my fucking connection.

Didn't they say sometime prior to 2.0 that player made apps would be allowed? WoW UI wasn't/isn't that great, everyone used player made UI. My main qualm with 14 2.0 has been the Shit UI.

This might be part of the reason for the packet loss that's happening.

Did a Tracert a couple of days ago and these guys showed up on one of my hops. One thing I noticed is everytime I did it, they'd have higher ping than the rest of my hops. Did a Tracert on prime time when I was having terrible lag spikes and while the average ping I was having was between 20-50, one of the Congentco routers shot up to 300+ms which means either these guys are throttling your connection or they have unbelievably shitty routers.

Only thing that you can apparently do is contact your ISP and ask them for a reroute. I'd also advise everyone to test this out for themselves and see if that's true for them.

i get something from iweb but the ping is only 81ms. But I neglected to mentioned this all started after the Oct 1rst maintenance. There's another one friday, I guess, so maybe it'll be better after that.

The soul crushing lag made coil last night a nightmare. A few of us lagging were losing some packets in route to the servers. I was lagging badly but wasn't losing any so I really don't even know.

I had heard that Coil was on a different DF server and wasn't affected by the retarded lag. (idfk man, i dont know tech shit)

That was proven to be false last night and I cried a little/lot. Especially when the tanks would get 90k'd.

My soup was thoroughly crushed.
