Put the blame where it belongs on SE for making 2xsupport and 2xDPS instead of 3x or 4xDPS parties.

3x or 4x dps wouldn't change shit, due to just how many dps there are. Queues would only be marginally lower because you still need tanks/healers to fill those spots. At least you can go do other stuff while in queue in this game thank god (such as lvling other classes and such)

Easiest way to get dungeons done = join a FC/Linkshell and make friends.

1. Losing food effects upon death.
2. The name not recognizing my USB headset unless I completely exit out of the game and restart it. Then if I want to play without my headset on I need to restart the game again for the audio to play on my main speakers.

1. yeah sorta crappy, but i'm used to it from XI (not an excuse, tbh)
2. Play around with the settings in windows. default audio sources etc, My game did this for awhile, I ended up updating my headset's drivers (Astro A50) and now it's just a simple matter of selecting which audio source is the primary default(i don't think i have to restart the game, i'll have to check after work)

Now that everyone runs Wanderer's again the price of bloody bow heads had plummeted from 20k down to 1k. There is a triple leve in gridania that can reward three bloody bows for 15 mahogany lumbers that was a good way to get them cheap. Made good money making bard relic precursors. Oh well.

I couldn't believe it but I ran into a griefing player in Praetorium last night (you can stop reading here because it was a PUG in Duty Finder with just one other tank friend, lol).

(He's from Famfrit and his name was Zero Three)

He deliberately tried to sabotage our run every single chance he got. We were on the final three bosses (past Gaius) and he would pull the boss immediately without everyone out of cutscene (We weren't being picky about people in cutscenes prior to this). After pulling he would hit Return and stay at the entrance until after we beat the boss. During the fight he would purge our Limit Break 1 whenever it popped up, wasting it entirely.

So in the end he gets to troll some players and get 100 free tomestones. Kick function can't come soon enough.

It's not a big issue to me but I think leveling up is way to fast I think it should take ATLEAST double the time To level up. Oh and this is my first mmo lol

Well I'm still new to this, and I'm used to GW2 where it just grabs anyone since that's viable in GW .... but I think the thing that made me come post was something I left out of the post. 2 people who were on linkshell offered to help but when they both said they would, one of them said "oh, hey sorry, we're both Marauders so we can't be in the same party". What .... the ... deuce.

Edit: Just in case anyone tries to point it out, when he said that to me, I also hopped right on Google and searched to see if he was bullshitting me. So yeah, I now know u can ignore the system if you have all 4 members, but are shit out of luck if you only have 2 or 3 people and need to DF the rest.

DF Garuda. 2 PLD (I'm one). I start with 'you want MT or off?'. He's got upper DL and no other piece, worst stats decision but it's the one you make if you want people to think you have DL. I have 5 DL but not upper. Anyway no one cares, he jumps back with "I WILL MT I HAVE DL". Yes really caps. okgo

Runs up to pull, announces everyone needs to lay off while he builds hate. Proceeds to 'tank' garuda facing away from her, just spamming flash until he runs out of mana. When he's out of mana he turns to fight her, eats a slipstream, healers instantly have hate and we wipe. I'm laughing so hard I can't even type.

This is what happens when buying a Titan win becomes cheaper and cheaper. I'm actually even more skeptical of Relic (whatevers) than of people with like a primal weapon and AK/DL mix.

Why does this shit have to take up inventory space for 6 months before I can store it?

To add to that, why the fuck can't the Armoire just charge me right there to repair the gear to store it? Even worse since I don't think the game lets you perform self-repairs in the inn room.

I know it doesn't "make sense" to have the Armoire repair stuff, but for some things, the convenience factor wins out.

Servers being blocked out for new characters. My wife can't create a character on Ragnarok and has been trying for a while now. So basically I have to choose between my friends and my wife. Fucking BS. My wife is talking about not even bothering to play if they don't lift Ragnarok restrictions soon (so basically waste of $40 which isn't a big deal but annoying nonetheless)

I am really aggrieved over dealing with players who come into Dungeon Finder with REALLY SHITTY gear. I'm not just talking AF gear. I can tolerate AF gear up until Titan, and then I think AK and a few DL pieces are good for Binding Coil of Bahamut. I am not an unreasonable person, but no one, and I truly mean no one, should ever think of coming into a Lvl. 50 dungeon with Lvl. 9 rings. It's just not acceptable, and I'm honestly not trying to be an elitist, but it's like. I'm shaking my head at those people who do it. I wish they would spend a couple thousand gil on new gear, because, like, I can spend 5 hours spiritbinding gear with a friend and pull in 1,200,000 gil. That's a humble amount still, but it has me set for most of everything I might want to do. A few more hours of effort and I could be a trendy lass and get some crafted iLvl 70 gear.

And that's not even what I'm suggesting. I'm thinking Lvl. 49 rings, and maybe a Militia piece that corresponds to your class if you are truly lacking up to date gear that badly.

Honestly I think another issue with this is nobody calls out their shit in parties where they do progress. Shit, this is where primadonna healers/tanks should be asserting authority and leaving them in the dust for their laziness.

I tried to get this accepted as a bug back in beta, but the response was "working as intended". The game is completely unable to switch audio paths without a full restart of the client (unless something changed since I last tested in open beta). I have a need to switch between headsets and speakers a lot and find it extremely annoying. They claim it is not something that's possible in Windows, but any number of other programs -- including games -- can do it just fine.
