I'd say it does matter, considering the default mitigation disparity between both classes.
Trust me, I know how hard that fucker hits when the fight first begins. That's why our Pld tanks him initially, and why I pick up the add and tank him right there while the Pld runs the original across the room.
Even with all my gear, I'm not raw tanking that fucker until the War buffs come. There's doing it the hard way, and then there's doing it the retarded way.
Trust me, I know what you mean, but if you're healing a Pld that's too stupid to use buffs to start and sits at 1200 HP, you'd be trying to raise a War that's too stupid to use buffs to start.
Surprised that people are reporting long queue times for low level dungeons.
I've been playing on pretty much every hour of the day for the past month and I always get in within 40mins. Hell, I'm constantly getting instant queues as DD in the 20 range.
What I don't understand is how people assume if there are less people looking for the dungeon it means longer wait times. Less DD's means less competition, and I find it hard to believe we've hit the point where nobody is queueing up across what, 8 servers?
400 people looking for 1tank 1healer isn't really much different than 20 people looking for 1tank 1healer if there are none.
What's up with all these fucking idiots from 15-20 that insist on grinding Aleport fates? The xp there is shit, I don't even think any of the FATEs go above level 17; there's the one Dodo one which is level 9 and you have an entire group of 16+ killing these shits for 90xp a pop. Upper Lo Noscea is barren (and literally in the same zone) and you can basically sit in that damn pond and chain kill crabs and move two feet for three different FATEs.
Most people I see are acting as if 20-40 min wait time is hell already, lol.
Was that a serious question.
No, a serious question would be why do you still play this game.
What the hell was wrong with Aleport? I used Aleport from 15-20 and dinged 5 levels in 40-ish mins of work. If you found another place to level, good for you, but what point is there whining about others leveling up in an efficient manner? That gob FATE is DD before DD and you can hit 2 levels on it with enough non-retarded people that don't turn in rewards until the very end.
All things considered, Sentinel ( and everything else with a shorter cd ) can be used at start and still be refreshed in time for the the final 3-5 stack push at the end for snake. Not to say that I'm not also guilty of pulling without a buff up and giving my healers heart attacks... but I try to use a defensive buff after the pull!
