Of the first four I seriously hate 1/3 the most.

Silencing is the easiest thing in the world with communication. After stunning shit in XI, that you never knew when it was coming, here it's an obvious, oh hey Repelling Cannon, here comes HV, oh hey Allagan Rot, HV is next.
Our first run with the static, one BRD wouldn't communicate, missed plenty of HVs due to both going at same time, etc. Got a new BRD for next run, every single one stunned.
I honestly don't like talking in Voice Chat either, and my first run with a PUG for T2 had me communicating everything as a tank. I did it anyway because I know how valuable it is to have verbal queues. People need to just suck it up and talk.
Generally turn 2 is harder than 4 since it requires genuine communication in the moment which is something I can't really say for any other content barring perhaps turn 5. Turn 4 you can just steamroll once you get the order down.
Voice communication helps but people over emphasize by how much. I don't say shit to my co-tank and we swap hate perfectly fine just by, shock fucking horror, paying attention. Same for the people doing silence rotation.
Voice communication isn't necessary, true. But if someone asks you a question, you should answer it, which is something our Bard and didn't do (same pt as Judai and Rata). At the very least, make macros.
I hear a lot of people that do pug coil, yes that's a thing apparently.. but hey they clear up to turn 5 rather consistently so w/e, that a DBM type add-on would make the content rather brain dead in terms of difficulty and would actually like to see it so pug coil have easier times with shit.
The plan with CT is to keep adding more floors and more difficulty to the floors right? Who's to say during this extra time they haven't got enough CT done to where it goes up to i100 gear? If that isn't the case then /facedesk @ 2.0 content. :/
They boxed themselves in with failing to get Crystal Tower at release, and releasing Coil instead, just so they'd have something. Also, having 8 man content being the highest tier, with 24 man content dropping the actual bridge gear, also seems like a big design flaw; rather have both tiers with their own content levels.
Anyone on Cactuar server that posts here?
If so, can you tell me why like 90% of people who annoy the shit out of me on DF come from Cactuar? Not even an exaggeration.
Unofficial home for BRs, mexicans and a decent number of shitters from /vg/.
In b4 banned for bigotry.
The fact 2.1 isn't coming until December, but rather for some simple things they mentioned (Dungeon EXP bonus, balance, etc.) aren't happening until then. I'd kill for a bite-sized update with these things since leveling is becoming more and more mind numbingly boring.
Also the fact they still won't add a lockout for spam. RMT tell ads are becoming more and more obnoxious due to all the special characters in them to bypass the filters.
EDIT: Also plumes in phase 5 of Titan. I can dodge them fine in any other phase, but for some reason I'm still getting clipped by 2-3 of them in phase 5 even though I'm not doing anything different.
I shy away from guilds and the like that enforce voice chat, in part for some RL reasons, but also because I've never really seen the need. So to add to that overemphasis, I feel like it leads to a group's leaders not explaining things as well as they must and even outlining backup plans for a tank wipe, healer going down, or whatever condition relative to an encounter. But I also consider myself a cerebral player, so even when entering situations without direction, paying attention just leads to a slew of, "Do this to avoid that..." and such variables. :/
They could have easily introduced PvP and CT with micro updates by now, shit should have been ready for launch anyway.
