Ran CT once on my alt (full darklight), got healing gloves uncontested.
Ran CT like a dozen times on my main (mostly i90 gear but still DL hands), no luck. In the end I just picked up DRG hands for un-sucking my Allagan Spear DRG since it was midnight before reset and I was tired.

I ended up doing the same thing. Ran 3 CTS yesterday, finally saw gauntlets of light (name?) but passed since I already have valor...

Ended up getting too tired and lotting on a BRD hat... i don't have a bard

I manage to put together a group for Titan Extreme that can dodge anything up until post heart without issues (unlikely to get that to happen again anytime soon). In the span of 3 attempts we get post-heart bombs, ads and double plumes mostly figured out.

Then a tank needs to leave for coil, we get a replacement. Then someone has to afk for a bit, we wait. Then the other tank disconnects mid fight several times, we wipe and wait. Then someone needs to go bed and party breaks up, the very first few attempts being the only real practice we managed to get.

I'm really annoyed that the real difficulty is finding the right people to do stuff with rather than the fights themselves. It's extremely frustrating.

They're probably fishing for an "in progress" queue rather than intentionally griefing. Still annoying as shit, but you can blame SE for that.

Got DRG gloves from CT last night because I was too lazy to do another run before reset to go for healing hands.
Fast forward today, I get CT healing hands, I call it in advance I'm going to get healer gloves tonight in coil
Fast forward tonight, I get DRG gloves (and body) from coil.

I mean technically praise but fml.

Wouldn't bother me so much if the instance queues were shorter too. 20 minute plus wait to enter CT last night after reset. Some jerk withdrawing from duty finder can restart the whole process. Ended up pulling the pin and doing Beastmen dailies before I want to bed instead.

You're right though, "Join in Progress" should be mutually exclusive. Can't be that hard to implement.

Man, it's really shitty being locked out of coil without a static. I see so many shouts mid-week for 1-4 in one go and I'm just sitting there with 1-3 cleared waiting to hitch a ride on that one group that needs a body for T4. Lock me out of looting on shit, but for fucks sakes let me do the actual run.

Honestly I haven't gotten Pharos on roulette yet but I feel like with the average skill level of DFs Pharos might as well be an instant leave.

People who dickwave while offering "advice." Which was so horribly misspelled that it genuinely took me about an actual minute to figure out what he was trying to say. With no rationale other than "I'm awesome, do whatever I say without explanation as to how this is supposedly better."

Missed every third high voltage.

All BRD drops.

Also on CT, when you tell the alliance the strat in TL;DR all caps form and call your healer a fucking moron for a correction, you better be able to dodge Ecliptic Meteor.

Reminds me, I made pet macros for SCH a couple days ago and wanted to test Selene in turn 2 (I usually use Eos), and said something like "I can pick up silence if BRDs miss it for whatever reason". Think I tempted fate 'cause they both went at the same time for a bunch of HVs so I ended up picking up maybe 1/3rd of the silences. While still healing and passing rot and all that fun stuff.

I love SCH as well, but whenever I bring it, the stars and moon explode in coil and something terribly wrong always happens. I have better luck just WHMing it.

Epeening in CT in hilarious, especially when full AF2 with all darklight accessory tanks think they're hot shit and end up dying to KB before the first meteor even goes off and then rage quit.

It's a grind. Took us about 40 minutes the first time as a group while on raidcall -- it was fun, but that shit was annoying. Haukke was a lot easier.
