It's best when you use the numbered marks that denote the target to ignore. Absolutely confuses the shit out of at least 50% of PUG people. Thornmarch is like the ideal fight that exhibits this.

i'm going to generalize horribly but,

all the dps on my server are fucking garbage. 3/3 failed DF roulettes today. Failed Pharos twice, and Copper once. I threw my controller i was so annoyed with it all. 2 hours of my life wasted..... I should just run WP 15 times a week and avoid this shit hole.

PF Titan EX. DPS thinks their damage is high (DPS are like MNK BRD BLM SMN). They saw 2nd mountain buster in phase 1 and were only ~50% at heart phase when circle bombs hit (despite in some cases everyone being alive, and everyone being relic+1). I call them on this, and a BRD dismisses my comment since I have i70 Astral accessories with VIT melds. Gee yeah I'd love to just spontaneously have ~1k myth, or not have drop rates suck. Doesn't mean I can't call your terrible DPS terrible.

Then someone leaves and we're at to BLM BRD DRG. Leader says a SMN wants to join. He tells the BLM (i~85) to switch to his BRD (i~72) because casters are garbage at Titan and he doesn't want to have 2 casters. The SMN was also like 2 pieces away from full i90.

Kill me.

e: Really people setting their PF to avg i85-ish are just retarded. Trying to mask how awful they are with gear. Doesn't fly in Titan EX.

Get to superbombs on Titan Ex, dpsing bomb down, plumes come, I'm that asshole who gets hit and dies. Bomb goes off at like 1%... wipe. GJ me, gj.

It does make me laugh when I see PF comments for Garuda EM for i85 and "Kill experience only NO VIDEOS OR WILL KICK". I understand wanting to down content/farm effectively, but really?

Hey at least you're not like 95% of players that would have just blamed "lag"

Honestly I was really critical of people like this until I had this horror day where no matter where I was when shit went off, I still got hit. You would have the ridiculous situation of Titan landsliding in one direction and me getting knocked off the complete opposite side. And other people in my FC saw it on their screen too that I got knocked off in the opposite direction to landslide. So clearly wasn't just me sucking.

Also comically had it happen on Demon Wall where I got knocked back like a full 3-4 seconds after repel on everyones screen. Didn't get knocked off but did cause a few wtfs on vent.

Now I always think twice before calling people out on that even though there's like a 90% chance it's down to them being bad

Oh no doubt it's legit every so often, but far too many people use it as a crutch for being bad. Not many ppl will say "I fucked up - my bad" which is why I found his post refreshing - cause we all do it!

I think pretty much most people can agree with this lol. Do not know what they were thinking releasing that dungeon with an ilvl 48 required entry, awarding ilvl 60 gear, and basically requiring people in ilvl 70+ gear to clear.

In my case I don't even bother to log on much. Maybe an hour to do Duty Roulette and chat on the BG linkshell.

It's really starting to grate my nerves how absolutely terrible the average player is on my server. I've ran numerous Titan HM, Garuda EX, Titan EX, Ultima HM and King Mog with PUGS but never see a clear. Half the group dies to dumb shit before the fight even begins. I've been in Titan HM runs where people had close to full il90 and relic+1 and died to the first set of plumes post heart, repeatedly.

My enjoyability of the game depends upon successful completion of content but this only happens with my FC. Since they are generally only on for coil it really makes playing this game shitty. Why can't players handle simple dodge mechanics?

Did a PR run for roulette. Game client decided to eat my Aetherflow three times throughout the run. How fucking hard is it for the client to check with the server on skill usage before slapping me with a cooldown?

Glad it was PR at least, if it was Coils or Extremes, would have drove me mad, possibly costing a run.
