The "rage timers" on the EX primals seem a bit unnecessary.
If you've managed to live long enough and continued to survive through the various phases for that long you deserve the opportunity to eek out a win. If your group truly just sucks then you won't live to see the rage timer anyway.
The longer the fight drags on the harder it is to begin with, I just don't see the point.
(I've never seen any primal actually rage, just going off what people have reported)
Oh, some housing complaints:
My FC saved up to buy a medium house not too long ago (I contributed not a cent, housing just doesn't really interest me, I've been to the place like twice and haven't even looked at the housing interface).
I think it's lame that the inside and outside of the houses are separate, you can only appreciate one or the other at any given time. Would have been nice if you could just walk in and out of the house at will (maybe add more exterior doors) and get more use out of the plot of land.
As it is, once you're inside the house the rest of the plot you paid for may as well not exist.
Atm housing really just exists for it's own sake, until they let you access retainers and AH at your house it means there's fuck all to do but decorate (there's a retainer bell in the zone, but not at your house, thus defeating the purpose, also there's no repair NPC to be found, which is just dumb as hell).
*insert weekly complaint about how Twintania still continues to not drop anything for MNK but drops things like BRD and PLD which are I guess technically more useful but don't make me any less sad*
Had a discussion with some friends in other FCs and groups last night. They all tell me how common MNK drops from Twintania.
Screw them.
I'm not bitter.
I swear.
If there was something to do besides kill Twin every week I wouldn't be nearly this upset but really...that's all there is to do when your jobs are all i90 and you have no interest in playing another class.
(And I already realize that once I get the gear, there still won't be anything new to do. I just wanna have all the Shiny stuff before 2.2)
They posted about this on the OF
As we mentioned previously, we are still on track to add a repair NPC that you can hire and place in your house in patch 2.2.
The team is also looking into NPCs that will supply tools as well as ingredients. These NPCs can be placed around your house however you like in the same fashion that you arrange your furnishings.
One thing to note, however, as we mentioned previously we will be adding repair NPCs, market boards, and other features to housing areas to make them more convenient, and this should reduce the necessity to head back to town.
It's 200 for large house. I can see it being a problem in the future when they add more stuff and we want to put down more things. But atm I dont see a problem. We are 190/200 with no plans on adding anything else.
Honestly if there wasn't a cap I would be tempted to get 1000 ink wells and add them in the middle of the night when nobody is on.
200 tonberry lanterns. All judging you.
Dear Soo St
Get the fuck out of DF and level your sub class so you can be a Paladin. Fucking faggot.
Second time I've found this asshole in the roulette. Makes me want to punch a child in the face.
Yeah, except that doesn't happen. Syncing below 30, even as a SCH, keeps you on the job.
Also, the DF will not let you enter on anything other than what you queued as.
instantly called out, lol
1 of 2 things needs to happen.
There needs to be no distinction between new and in-progress runs in the DF confirmation window.
or
There needs to be a lockout (10 mins, at least) for withdrawing from the confirmation window (or timing out).
10 minutes per individual item I'd be fine with. When I fish for inprogress I check each roulette ONCE (not a billion fucking times in 1 minute like some idiots) then check again in like 5-10 minutes.
BRDs that don't Requiem. After being asked 5 times.
BLMs that build to AF3 one stack at a time.
BLMs that spam Blizzard moves way longer than they have to.
I've gotten in DR on MRD cuz I pvp on MRD and plain forgot.
Apologized and dropped even though it was WP and would've been fine lol.
Is a shame you can't change job crystal while in a DF. If I'm rouletting on WAR and get stuck sync'd below 30, I'd rather be MRD so I can throw on Invigorate.
Right?! When leveling WAR this was all I would think about, with all the fucking Sastasasasasha runs I did. More Overpower spam plzkthnx
See, THIS is fine. The tank I'm talking about, though, is ONLY a GLD, and like, level 2-3 on other classes. Hasn't even bothered to get PLD yet. This guy also let the healer die on the first three mobs.
Speaking of job crystals, is there any point to putting the PLD one on before level 40? Sword oath and cover seem kind of pointless for midlevel dungeons.
VIT buff from the job crystal is nice. Sword Oath is not-shit. I don't really know how much you actually gain from Raging Strikes/B4B/Internal Release, but I doubt it ultimately makes much difference either way before Shield Oath.
