You can if someone sells a single.
I've been making some decent gil so far selling singles of a certain item. Give the economy time to work out. It is annoying how it is sorted though...way too easy to accidentally buy a stack of things.

Get in a queue, then when finally get to loading screen I get the world is full message. Pointless queue is pointless. Also worst feeling is seeing the loading screen, and it goes for a good 5 seconds. Then spits the error message at you. False hope.

Every time I see the loading screen it gives me a twinge of hope, which is then ripped from my hands and gives me more desire to be an asshole to my customers this morning.

Do you really expect people to have their retainer sale inventories filled with single crafting items?

Earlier I needed a yew log. A -single- yew log. That's a low level, low value craft item. No one is gonna waste their time setting up their retainers to sell just 1, my options were to buy 40 (minimum) or buy none. I wasn't going to need 40 copies of an ACN book.

This worked just fine in 1.0, you could put up 99 of an item and people could buy however many they needed or you could choose to only sell them as a batch (which people rarely did because it's much less convenient), why they decided to fuck with it is beyond me.

What a joke, SE should just take the servers offline. All they are doing is frustrating a lot of their customers. At least if the servers are offline people won't waste time spamming log-in in hopes they can get online only to disconnect again.

Glad I wasn't banking on playing a lot this weekend like several people I know...

My plan last night worked. Went to bed early, got up early. Straight on. Only have the luxury of playing at this time on a week day today and tomorrow though.
