Easy to implement in theory, the difficult part would be making an intuitive UI. The system would also need to be able to know that you can reach the iLv requirement for whatever content. To accomplish that, I almost feel like they'd need a "Don't end my current duty queues, but add this extra thing onto it", and you'd have to swap to each job and queue up for whatever duties you wanted. Either that or it could just skip the premature iLv check entirely and just assume you know what you're doing; and only check your iLv once the queue pops up and you switch to the appropriate job.

In World of Warcraft I can queue for three different dungeons/raids at the same time. While queued I can still manually enter (as in not through their DF) other raids and dungeons as long as I don't break my group. If I disconnect and log back into the game within 10min, I keep my spot in the queues. If I join one of the dungeons I queued for, I stay queued for the others (this usually results in being able to do three dungeons/raids back to back).

The DF/dungeon system we have in this game is almost offensive.

Only thing I would vanity from CT is the fuma chest, it is simply too sweet. Nothing else overcomes the second-tier stank. (tongue in cheek now) Especially that piece of shit armor of light, I discriminate against that item so hard. If I see someone wearing this item they're either a tank alt and have no idea how to tank or haven't been a 50 tank for 2 weeks and thus also have no idea how to tank. Plus it doesn't even look like armor, it's like a blue paper mache vest over a dress. Nothing screams "hello i am a welfare tank" more than armor of light. If I have a tank wearing armor of light in my group it means he's going to eat every slipstream and feather rain, get pushed back by tornado and not provoke spiny, walk off the edge in Titan Ex, and eat every eruption. In conclusion, Square Enix, please delete this item from the game.

Some are upgrading two jobs at the same time, armor of light is still an improvement when you purchase them. However, I agree those pieces have only +13 acc so you could tank nothing related to coil with them.
You can still use some pieces as placeholder for the next upgrade.
Basically I won't have faith in a tank who has 3 pieces of this set. But 2 pieces could be used at the same time providing it's not legs+feet.

Well it's also that presumably this new dungeon is gonna give philo + myth + newtome (or one of the olds + newtome, or just newtome). Newtome presumably being i100 or i110 or whatever matches Newcoil gear.

So the gear from the dungeon itself is kind of inconsequential.
