Only turns I ever see wipes on are t4/5

And even that is because people don't talk about how they do it and wait till someone does it another way. We then say "um ya do this" and its a clear.

Healers don't heal, tanks don't tank, DPS LB right off the hop and push ADS into Rot before it finishes charging, just to name a couple of the ways I've wiped to Turn 2 today, most of the time before even reaching ADS (which is itself a cruel kind of mercy, because I don't need to wait the seven minutes or so to wipe to ADS itself).

But I got my Striking hands just now so fuck that place forever.

People not stunning and High Voltage going off right before enrage probably tops my list. Sure, it's not as big of a threat as it used to be, but it only takes a few paralysis procs or extra time spent trying to Esuna/Leeches it to cause a wipe.

I've yet to find a PLD this week who knows how to use Spirits Within on either ADS. Because it's so hard to hit a skill that's off the GCD on an ability that takes 3 seconds to go off.

I spent most of today silencing on MNK because neither the tanks nor the BRDs were capable of recognizing when to use Spirits/Blunt Arrow.

It's easy on both jobs but it's certainly less convenient on PLD than BRD.

Sometimes I'm crafting but I'll put no if there's a ready check. Not going to blow up a 2/3 star item when you can wait 45 sec lol. But u feel you most are not like that.

dejet, i don't have a problem with that. You are atleast indicating you are not ready. It's mostly the people who indicate they are ready, they are on the job they need to be, and still wait.

it's also more dps for the pld to be able to spam spirits when it's ready rather than holding it for silence, 400+ dmg from spirits vs. like 150~ from blunt arrow. if you have 2 bards and the pld is forced to silence...boot one of those bards.

Whenever I'd tank an ADS mob as PLD and I wasn't on stun duty I never used SW to avoid resist.

Do they not build a resistance to silence?

And I don't get that shit. It makes making a spell caster end game mob all but impossible.

Unless they make it fully resistant, and then its not like it even matters at that point.

I can see it now a mob that can wipe you in one spell. So you just have 4 bards and 2 olds to lock it.

Nothing stopping them from making stuff immune to silence just like almost every boss mob is immune to stun and pacification.
