They're not gonna make body piece and a ring the same drop rate. One is vastly more valuable than the other.

I would agree, if all bodies or legs were the same drop rate. I've seen at least five healing bodies from T4 and around 4 tank bodies from T1. Could just be RNG but even out of the better drops it seems a bit uneven. I also see more healer and tank bodies walking around than casting.

Though there's a could case for main slots having the same drop rate as accessories too considering the (former) Coil weekly lock out and the fact there's only two chests per run each sharing 9 potential items. On average that would be 2 months to get one of every Coil drop, and chances are your group needs two.

I have every primal weapon (including the caster shield I have no use for) on my main char and 4 weapons on my alt.

Every clear was with a PUG.

Getting the first is always the worst because you're excluded from farm / "must have previous win" groups and the rest of the groups are a frustrating mess if you know the fight because chances are they don't. I had the same problem before my first win but that was in January, and I'm having the same issue now with Moogle extreme.

They most definitely are not equal.

To be fair i bitched about caster legs(never saw a pair before 2.2) and like half the time in pick up groups now I see" oh we saw 5 of them" I do think its equal or nor as bad as we think.

I know healers body was said to be rare, we saw 4. That casters body? Over 5 easy, I think the last one went to a 30 blm.

I really, really wish the deaggro range were bigger. While soloing on SCH, pulling anything of importance together in FATEs and Leves is simply impossible at times. Bane of my existence, really.

Every CT run I ever did, MNK hands dropped and were never lotted.

Wife was going for tank gear, decided to start getting MNK instead.

Guess what we never saw again.

I think it's best to put everyone with silence in the rotation. Our group used to double up when we had 3 or 4 silencers. That way if one missed they have a backup. PLDs tend to be the backup.

The lack of accuracy gear for casters is ridiculous. Having to farm T4 and T5 now for casting legs or weapon to make up for the accuracy loss on i100 body. Probably cleared T4 about 50 times and only seen casting legs once, yet I've probably seen about 10 healing rings. Casting body was super rare too, still never seen that. Why aren't all drops equal?

yeah, i don't mind being backup if need be, i understand lag, and actually the macro system sucks pretty bad....but still, if i can spam SW whenever it's ready, it raises overall dmg for the raid, so if i don't NEED to hold it...we all win. 400 is a low avg too, when a pld breaks 700 for the 1st time with SW an angel gets its' wings.

This is common knowledge among my FC. You have to /mdance at 10% and put in /yell "ONLY MIRRORS DROP FOR A MANDERVILLE MAN"
