30 mins in queue for main story dungeon, all other quests remotely close to here cleared out, what fun

1 tank + 1 heal + 2 dps was a terrible terrible idea. Should have made these 8 man with 1 tank 1 heal and 6 dps lol.

My error 1016 fiasco continues. Now ongoing for over 50 hours. Called the call center this morning which told me to contact a gm in game which told me to submit a bug report on the official forums where I'm sure it will never be seen thanks to all the bitching and moaning over the 1017 "errors" people are getting due to the login limitations. I humored them anyways and created a post over in the bug forums at http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...er-50-hours%29

Ok, regardless of whether or not they fix this "quest tracker only shows 5 most recent, can't change displayed anymore" bullshit (they should fix that, but irrelevant to next point), can they at least show all current quest markers on the damn map? Even the compass? Is that so difficult?

got into dungeon after 30 mins... the zoning in somehow killed my sound (on ps3 so not some driver error or some shit lol)

So I had been playing on my lap top just fine, and just installed on my desktop finally.

For some reason I can't use my mouse to move the camera around on the desktop like I could on my lap top. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix that? I have everything set up the same. Kinda weird.

What are you talking about? Please tell me your laptop allowed you to use the left mouse to look without moving your character and now it's fucked because mine doesn't do that anymore either and it did in the other beta phases.

I know I'm not crazy because I literally streamed a tutorial of why kb+m is so much better for click healing and was abusing the shit out of movement/click/look with that function.

Left click drag is definitely only supposed to move camera, mine works properly. I /think/ I saw a setting related to that but I could be imagining things.

It might be to do with the movement settings? Standard type is character based and legacy is camera based. It's the very first option in character configuration.

Probably b/c after taking hour naps as only sleep every few days for several years, relaunch has been bad and lots of adults are throwing tantrums and acting like they are 6, lol.
