I can't imagine a situation where someone would choose to greed the mirror (foregoing other desirable and more immediately attainable loot by not picking that first) and then just never get the weapon they intend to use it for. Even if you random into a mirror without the associated weapon, then you've got an immediate upgrade for a secondary/tertiary you might not want to get animus or higher for. And really, what does it even matter what someone does with the item they pick? Maybe I want a weapon to use it, and maybe I just want it so my retainer can look pretty. Am I dicking someone over if I lot the weapon for my retainer when they want it to use it? It's just arbitrary thought-policing because people are butthurt over obscenely low drop rates.

Plus there's the "I'll unequip my i100 or i110 weapon just to satisfy your requirements" thing if you want to go in on your best class but still get a mirror for another one.

Why dont any of our summons have abilities that buff the user at all? At lest give titan something that puts a stone skin on us or something. Always bugged me.

I haven't even started Atma farming, but have been loving the ever living shit out of these Myth SR Groups
Due to them I've racked up roughly 30+ myth tome items so far
Each goes for 125-150K each, been raking in the gil
Everyday I do the whole DRDF and earn roughly 350 Myth from Bonus, then accumulate more from Bray HM SR's, repeat with a break of a day or two, to recharge
Crazy how you can do 5-7 minute Brays with smart players
Have seen PUG SR's where it was DRG + MNK + SCH...

RMTs have gone back to included the $ price per gil in their spam and its at an all time low. Right now theres 160+ stacks of 99 fleece on the market board, all RMT. Materia? RMT. Crystals? RMT. Wouldnt be surprised to see RMT map and RMT myth material from spamming Prae and Castrums. Pretty ridiculous, SE is goign to have to blow up sever hundreds of millions of gil to make a dent now.

the amount of RMT tells in the last few days has gotten out of hand. been blocking 10+ RMT a day and getting tons of spam w/in seconds of logging in. Did SE remove all of their filters and stop banning RMT or something?

It's so easy to manipulate the economy in this game. I single handedly pushed up the prices of red materia on Excalibur by about 50% just trying to convert my gil to items before transferring the other day. The prices haven't come down either. And that was only 60% of my gil so prices will have to rise again when I shift the rest.

I kinda think the shitty transfer rules are partially to blame for prices rising so much as well as mass undercutting. I've been knocking 10k off prices of slower sellers without caring just to convert items back to gil on my new server simply because I can't be assed to relist 40 items every half hour due to people undercutting by 1 gil.

Kinda funny I'm looking at about 10mil profit from all that too.

I don't get why there's a fee for selling but not one for listing. Surely the other way around would be better.

Also one thing I discovered this week is there are no buying fees if you buy from a retainer that has the same GC as you. Can't believe I only discovered that considering how long the game has been out. I guess a lot of people don't know about it, as it means buying the cheapest listed isn't always the cheapest.

There's no tax for buying if you buy from a retainer while in their city. If someone is selling from Gridania, buying from Gridania will result in no tax but buying from the other two will.

How do people not notice this near immediately? Do they just push buttons and click pop ups without ever reading them? ._.

There are no buying fees if you buy in the same city in w/ it is listed (i.e., the retainers home city). But yes, no listing fees has made the Ah the most retarded thing. I hope they eventually add it since needing to check your listing every hour since a few ppl go into listing wars against you is stupid

Regarding all the RMT spam tells: We need a blacklist with more than 200 names on it...mine has been full for months, and I keep checking it, to delete any names that SE has banned, which doesn't happen often now. Constantly having to take off names from the top of the list and add new ones. Sometimes getting three spams from different names within seconds of logging in. Shit is super annoying.

Yeah, it's a "Delivery Fee." On big-ticket items / mass purchases, it can actually be cheaper to teleport to the city in question to avoid them.

They don't delete names when they are banned. the "(Deleted)" is from the RMT deleting a character to make a new one
