Where do you guys get your fishing info at then? xivdb is all conjecture in the comments section, gamerescape is pretty lacking on the fishing side of things.

It took me 3 weeks of fishing a couple hours a day to finally catch that damn fish. Best part was watching someone else get it, congratulating them, and then finding out they spent all of an hour total trying to get it. FML

Bonus complaint: I don't want to drop all the legendary fish I've caught, cause reasons... 2-3 pages of retainer spots permanently occupied by rotting fish.

To sum up everything known thus far in a shorter comment: Merlthor Goby > Wahoo > Titanic Sawfish is the mooch chain. Wahoo and Goby may also catch Silver Shark instead. Use lowbie ocean bait like Lugworms or Goby Balls to limit yourself to just the Goby. Confirmed sightings are sunny+day

It's been down for a couple days, but knowing Kida (the guy who runs it) it should be back up soon. I don't personally have contact info for him outside of his forums though, so I can't inform him that it's down, but I'm sure someone's told him.

More PvP gripes:

The higher my rank gets the longer the queue times are getting, and I'm only rank 12.

The few matches I do get into are almost always against a preset group with actual coordination, so mostly losses. The people I end up with seem to either be retarded or don't even have/use their PvP abilities.

They really need to add something to make this shit less tedious.

Make matches best 2/3 with each match giving rewards.

Give you the option of staying with the group you're with and re-entering the queue with them.

The fact that you spend such a ridiculous amount of time in queue VS in PvP just makes the entire experience atrocious.

Just finished a copperbell mines duty roulette that i was doing to get my last level on blm and I pretty much had to tank/DPS the whole run including bosses, the other DD was a fucking acn that was "back up" healing and let pet do dmg and tank didn't want to tank or would take a couple mins per pull so i basically ended up having to duo it with the whm we had. It grinds my gears so much having to deal with people like this every fucking time i do roulette.

Duty Roulette is more like Russian Roulette.

When you click the trigger that is queuing for the duty, though, you're hoping a bullet comes out since that would be more merciful.

Well in my alt leveling escapades I've learned some interesting bits.
For one, FATE zone are all dead now. There used to be a general consensus of how things went; Aleport->Quarry mill->Costa->Dragon Head->Blue Fog
For whatever reason, I'm assuming a combination of Dungeon exp/logs/ATMA/mouth breather new players, the only zone left to FATE grind is Dragon Head (hence known as "The D")
So that has been pissing me off, basically stretching anything I can to the next days daily roulette.

The second is fluid aura should be a lvl.50 skill.

The third is that SMN's annoy the shit out of me, idk why. I am one but they still bug me.

Last is Neons extensive leveling guide for new players.
-Do some shit to get to 35
-Go to the D

I can't believe Alts on my fucking server are getting geared out through Coil 2, than I am
I've seen people with CT gear with i110 Fending Gear on them (not glamoured)

It's crazy how Coil Teams breakup on stupid fucking nonsense
Joined a new Coil Group, takes us 6 tries to down T6 (new SMN also), we 2 shot T7, takes us 2 days of practicing T8 to get it done
Next week, Tank quits cause he didn't get the respect of starting at the the time he wanted (even though all raid times are scheduled to benefit him), even though they knew before I even joined this coil group, people get off work and there are delays, so it wasn't something new
Picked up a PUG tank who for the life of me would need to be notified of 2 stacks of Raflessia to swap, when I had it or when he had it...
Our healer couldn't break vines and lustrates were used so wrong, that we would wipe right as we hit Phase 3

The Coil leader got so pissed, he dissolved the Coil group on the spot
So I join, we get practice inm do T6-T8 one week, next week Coil team breaks up =/

Now I'm back to looking for a Coil Group

I can't believe I a skilled tanks can't get a fucking spot in a Coil Team, yet there's morons running around getting carried all the way into T9

Having to explain to a bard who insists on casting foe req during Odin.

A) Casters will do more damage standing still than they will running around avoiding bad breath.
B) If you still insist on casting foe req, you can do it from the west side without getting aggro.

A part of me wonders if foe req even works on Odin, with the dot count limitation. I usually wait until after a bunch of people die before I bother trying to get a dot on him.

One I always forget to include because it isn't THAT big of a deal but always irritates me:

Either make it so my CHARACTER needs line of sight on something or my CAMERA needs LOS but FUCK YOU FOR REQUIRING BOTH. Trying to pick up saltpeter for kobold dailies in all of the fucking armpits of the tunnel system and I always have to nudge my camera so I can see the name. It's stupid and bad.

Gotta love how you can't cast shadowflare from certain angles because there's a little piece of rubble or a small lip in the floor blocking what appears to be LoS from your feet.

On that note, there is a stupid range from interactable things (nodes, summoning bell, market board, NPCs maybe) where you can hit confirm, pause as if you're gonna interact (and stop moving), and get "out of range".

Like, fucking give me out of range like you do at any distance beyond thator let me talk to them. Hate being forced to step 2 steps away for "mistiming" a fucking "talk to thing" check.
