The value of crafting AF and other 1 stars has tanked recently, when a new guy started selling and dropping the price by 1k per sale. Mine is 24990? He goes 24000. I do 23990. He does 23000. Rinse repeat. The value of some items have literally halved this week because of it, and the guy is still at it no fucks given.

So I decide fuck it, I'll try talking to him and see if maybe I can talk some sense into him. The best I got back was "I don't care" "It doesn't hurt me" and "It sounds like you're hurt by it more than I am". Basically all the generic "umad" responses. All I tried to point out was that undercutting that much doesn't sell faster in a competitive market like this, but it does drive the prices down faster.

The best part of it all though? Shortly after I talked to him, I checked the value of items and found that he's dropped the price 3-5k on everything.

In an interesting twist of fate, we ended up talking again later and decided to just push prices up and price match instead. nvm then I guess!

Chances are the next seller did exactly the same, because someone did the same to them. It's a brutal market and the only way to sell stuff is to sit by the AH constantly monitoring your prices. Unfortunately you can't change that mindset.

They bring their C game to the fight after raiding for a few hours, fuck up 2-3 attempts and then all leave because "don't wanna burn out"....christ the fight isn't hard with the 15% buff as long as you follow the pattern..
