FFXIV Random Complaint Thread: Look forward to it

To those working on Silver Sov. I wish I could say it gets better, but it doesn't really.

The Olgoi-whatthefuckismyname is just as bad in my opinion.

Need heat wave weather, 350+ gathering, and mooch of a storm rider. This is how it usually plays out (rant time):
-You'll HQ catch everything but storm riders
-Most of the HQs you do catch will mooch into a Dune Manta (fuck you)
-Rest of the time you'll get the big-bite animation, and half of the time the fish will get away (fuck you)
-The other half you'll stand-up and start reeling it, (at this moment you start getting your hopes up, you start praying, all the other fishermen around you are watching) and it will be a god damn Caravan Eel (double fuck you)
-and if you somehow get one, you still need 2 more

Ballpark numbers for mooch results so far for me: 40%Dune Manta 40%Caravan Eel 9%'Gets away' 1%Olgoi-gofuckyourself

The good news is you can share your misery with all the other fishermen out there. Typically see the same faces over and over.

Just give up like I did. It seems like a terrible decision initially, but i've found myself a lot less frustrated and angry at the terrible RNG factor in Coil since I no longer have to suffer it every week anymore.

People who put markers on the teleporters in the 2nd ST boss fight.

WE DON'T NEED MARKERS ON THE ALREADY HIGHLY CONSPICUOUS 3 CIRCLES THAT EVEN FUCKING LIGHT UP WHEN THEY ACTIVATE.

WE NEED PEOPLE TO KNOW WHERE THE FUCK TO BRING THEIR ROBOTS SO WE CAN ACTUALLY ACTIVATE THEM.

One time I placed markers for robots instead of springy thingies.

Guess where everyone went when Glad Labia started charging his laser.

Well generally you want people grouped together, if the distribution is uneven the Rooks won't die quickly enough and people are stuck skipping the rings that would take them back to the middle because the teleporters aren't activated yet.

Then you get people trickling in separately and possibly away from their healers all the while spinning death pizzas are whizzing around the battlefield and shit can get all messed up (especially when the fucking discs go RIGHT for the location the teleporter drops you at and you take like 2000+ damage while helplessly in mid-jump).

And an actual complaint: The new expert dungeons all have safety "anti speedrun" measures with lots of conditions to reach the bosses. I want a fast run to get my tank body! >_<
