im not sure if SE intend FC house to be able to buy individually = personal housing

but this also means you can spend 1/2 the price and get double patches for gardening if you have multiple account/characters like me

im going to buy 6 small houses in 2.4 i swear ^^ can easily make back the 6x4 mil with the 6 gardening patches and still a hell lot cheaper than a mansion XD

Silly question: plot price devauluation probably won't be in effect for new plots in 2.4 right? So I can't just cheat by getting 2mil x4 ready for 4 garbage smalls, I'll need 4mil x4? Assuming they don't raise it again

unless SE decides to tweak the starting prices, then it will be 4M starting price

i highly doubt it will go down to 2M before being swooped up withing 15 mins after maint

however, they did say they will be adding ALOT in 2.4 but still pretty hard for them to go down to 2M

4x4m is best bet and guaranteed i think

Its all a gil sink, and I think the crying about housing is hilarious.

If you desperately want a Medium/large house and are going to quit the game over it (like so many people are threatening to do on Reddit), then clearly you aren't enjoying the game anyway so they can fuck off for all I care.

If people weren't lazy and spent one night a week spiritbinding, they'd easily get the money. Same with people cheaping out on Novus. I've done probably 4 hours in the last week and netted myself nearly 8m.

Same, I was planning on buying a medium house, but no way in hell I'm paying near 40m for it even if I have them, I'm gonna settle for a small house, they're cheap and I like the location of some of them better than most of the medium's.

Seriously? I question whether I event want a small one. Housing is fluff content and has been disappointing from the start. I've set foot in my FC's house once since I joined 5 months ago.

I don't know if I can be arsed with managing my own house. Getting any decent furniture is a massive grind. Out of all the primals and Coils I've done I've only had one furniture item land in my inventory and I gave that to the FC.
