with individuals being able to buy a house now, its pointless to buy a M or L house now aside for decorating it only for yourself to see (cos we know no visitors will ever come)

if you can buy a M or L, your better off buying 10 Ss and get 10 gardening patches

i do agree that they "lied" about personal housing being cheaper and seperated to FC's but i didnt expect them to fuck this one up so bad this time XD

however for the peeps who wanna complain and wanna quit, by all means, quite tired of seeing OF housing forums (wtf am i even doing there, oh thats right maint time + popcorn worthy)

Exactly this. And they'd better bring out that FC housing content soon because right now I can't see any group wanting to buy a FC house at all.

This is what happens when you release content only a minority can participate in.

Expect the same in 2.4. Simply doubling the wards is never going to give everyone a house.

might have to hold off till 2.4 for the damn personal house I guess, I do want a middle sized house now that I think about it. I just dont think its worth the 35mil starting price.

New tele menu is stupid, requires extra menu navigation or extra scrolling.

They should have just made it wider and gave each region it's own column (Coerthas/Mor Dhona could share one obv).

But than again it took me a whole 5 seconds to come up with that idea so who knows how long it would've taken SE.

Simplest fix would be for the default teleport menu to pop up with your last 10 unique teleport destinations. My frequent teleports are always the same, and often near the bottom of the damn list (lookin' at you Dragonhead/MorD -- I gotta get my Darksteel / Spruce / Clusters).

im not sure if SE intend FC house to be able to buy individually = personal housing

I'm probably dumb for thinking this but I'm still hopeful that Mog Houses are coming. I'm pretty sure if they *are*, we'll know within 24-48 hours because we'll either get some kind of clarification post saying "Sorry guys, this is something different and your 850k houses are still coming!", or we'll get a "servers r hard gaiz" response.

There's no way that 525 more houses in 2.4 will satisfy both FC and user population needs. No fucking way.

I'll be blown away if they manage an unlimited number of persistent housing districts, so I'm expecting some sort of instanced housing (which is slightly less fun).

Mist sold out in an ~hour, lavender beds and hour after that, and goblet an hour after that.

Arrived at home in the early afternoon, updated XIV, and casually strolled about the Lavender Beds wards for about 10 minutes looking at open plots. Picked a nice one with no adjacent neighbors, a stream winding down one side of the property, and an unobstructed view of the pier and surrounding cove. Spent about 1m - 1.5m more than I would have liked (new ward), but hey, can't really complain. :D

At least there's some advantages to life on the smallish, backwater world of Coeurl.

You're assuming there's going to even be 525 people left by 2.4.

Just lost 13 people, and I doubt any of them are coming back. 29 if I count friends outside of my FC.
