FFXIV Random Complaint Thread: Look forward to it

Exactly the same thing. teleported and 90k. 2002 for a while, now 1017. this is bs. How long does it take you to set up new servers? As big as SE is it shouldn't take you more then 4-5 days to set up a bunch of new servers.

They learned nothing from 1.0, this shit is a laughable mess.

And server issues nonwithstanding, the gameplay sucks. Just looking at the graphics I want this game to be good, but in the 5 days ive played trying to play with friends going through main questline, there hasn't been a single exciting moment. Every fight so far has been dull, repetitive and just plain boring. Hopefully endgame offers some fun because if this is all FFXIV has to offer it is doomed to a miserably short life.

Well I slipped past the 2002. Time to ride the 1017 early bird train.

Is every server basically full? Is that why they're not giving free transfers to low pop worlds? Or even making posts saying "if you're going to make a char, make it on these worlds because they're low pop". Just took me 30 minutes of 1017 loop to get in. If I get booted next teleport I'm studying all day. Screw this mess.

Logged in before I went to the DMV this morning. Played for am hour when I got home and then FFXIV crashed on my end. Getting back in now is full of suck- 1017s with the occasional 2002. Sigh.

Just got a windows error and now I'm stuck at the grayed out Start Button (2002 error i believe). Wooty woot

Edit: Wait you can get 1017 (server is full) error without even selecting a character? haha

Finally got a group that quickly and smoothly can kill things in ABC order for Stone Vigil and 90000ed three pulls after the first boss (no one got hit by breath). >=(

I am on the same train as you guys. I got in and played for a good while. Then it crashed on my end, trying to get back in and I am getting 1017 and every now and then a 2002

Quest NPCs not loading and the laggy server issues where NPCs take 10seconds to load their next quest ! is getting ridiculous.

having the same problem. This is why the JP servers are having issues. NA/EU players making characters over there just to play.
