NA servers come back up for a minute. Then go back down and no list. Thanks SE.

Guy made a joke and you missed it.
stayed logged on, got DC'd sometime in the night. get up, try to log on, NO SERVERS FOR JOOOOOO. my heart is breaking, you bastards.
Got queue'd and logged in now.
Still can't find NA/EU servers. ; ;
FFXIV, one of the few games around that makes you scared to play even when you do log in.
lol early access, this is is great news.
My major complaint as of this moment doesn't even have to deal with SE. It has to deal with my roommate and his inability to pay the damn internet bill on time... Disconnected due to no service! Lol.
full server best server
dam was in queue on Sargatanas and hit cancel on accident now can't see list dangggggg
I'm now just stuck at unable to update NA/EU Character list.
This sh*ts kinda depressing, in the "There's no end in sight" Kind of way. Been going on since Prelaunch and they "fix" it almost every day, seems like they have no idea how to control it and they're just throwing up walls hoping one of them stops the problem.
Edit: I Waited a while to play hoping they'd solve this issue... hurray for no luck there
Its sad that I am excited to finally hurdle over one error, and get the tackle the next error
Finally got past 2002, and past unable to update NA/EU
Now I'm battling 1017. We are making progress
and got 2002'd out of the queue
Same, I saw my character for an instant... I'm getting "Unable to Update JP something" now though... Which doesn't effect me as I'm on an NA Server but yah, here comes the waves of 1017! ... Wish there was a way for me to switch servers on the fly to something less populated... like some modern MMOs have.
I don't know how it actually gets better, aside from enough people literally give up and stop playing (which is not in the best interests longterm for the MMO). The multiple layers of breakage indicates that they have issues at EVERY level in the login process, at every level of initial login, server login, and transfer between zone servers. Given they haven't been fixed, or even improved at all, yet means that their architecture is shitty from the start.
Anyone who designs an MMO these days without the ability to rapidly (8-12 hours) roll out additional hardware to ensure proper load balancing is just insane. It's clear they have the wrong hardware model from the start, because there's no way they just don't care this much. It's the fact they don't know how to address it. They can add tons of new servers and then allow migrations to those (which is likely the only realistic fix), and that's probably weeks away given this amount of suckage.
