I'm with Church/Lucavi on the stance of problems not being ok now that we're at launch.

However people comparing this to SimCity and Diablo 3 launches are extra retarded. Comparing an mmo launch to games that were mostly single-player, or could be single-player and not being able to play them because of bullshit DRM is nowhere even close to what's happening here or an excuse to be used in the "it could be worse" argument.
