Qarn was always my go-to dungeon for sbing as well. Queue as sch in full cashmere, and reap the rewards.

I prefer snowcloack. The SB rate is higher, probably because more mobs?

Qarn is the highest, from what I've seen, but only if you keep your SB shit on during bosses

Yes, the first and second boss gives quite a good amount due to the adds themselves. I don't bother with it for the final boss and just wear usual gear to dps it down faster.

Also snowcloak is hit or miss due to the yeti boss. It wasn't uncommon for me to take 7-8 minute minimum on it due to sloppy tanks who can't face him the right away.

Qarn is indeed the highest so long as you kill the adds in the second boss.

Well I had just about given up hope when I couldn't find any Qarn HM midboss music in any 2.4 OST compilations.

Apparently, the track was already in the game for one fucking thing nobody did. I'm glad it found a new home; it's a fun little battle track that fits Qarn nicely.

You sure Sastasha and Qarn hard modes aren't new tracks? I don't remember either - granted I didn't play 1.0 for long enough to hear nearly all the songs in it, but neither of them are on the 1.0 soundtrack (Before Meteor) either. The past hard modes were definitely all old tracks (and all on the soundtrack).
