SICKNESS MUST BE PURGED
SICKNESS MUST BE PURGED
I hope we have 12 12-step quests to learn about each of the KotR. Culminating in rematches against each and ending in Singularity HM. It will drop a glamour earring.
The entire cult like creepy setting of the Vault with those insane people fucking bum rushing you and the psychopath knights were really something to behold. Could only hope they do more with this.
SHout outs to the random Lala in an all white suit who did a sick dance routine before the pull on as2.
Mr. I HAVE THE POWER stole the show really and should have been the last boss, but whatever.
Ghosts. It becomes the old haunted mansion in town nobody wants to go near anymore. Who ya gonna call?
Quest-giver it to the Minstrel Bard, and he'll pull a story out of his ass about how you faught all of the knights in Ishgard itself or some shit as the HM Vault.
I'd much rather fight some of the other Knights of the Round, or at least the son of a bitch that threw that lance.
I don't think they can make Ser Charibert any more annoying unless they increase his damage and HP of the orbs.
^ They always change the bosses. I think Vault HM could work, fight some of the other knights from the last boss.
Spoiler: show
Seeing all the rage in PVP when i say in alliance chat
Welcome Eso Grinders
Have to chime in here and agree Vault is a really good dungeon, besides the fact that it felt like being in a giant organ. But muting the BGM and stuffing it with anything else works for me.
Bosses have audible voice clips! (The first boss in The Aetherochemical Research Facility also has some too, otherwise they are far and between) (having played WoW I'm completely fine with bosses having hammy lines)
They feel extremely powerful, despite only seeing the PLD and WAR in action -- That PLD with the zero-shift Shield Bash was awesome, the WAR's various dimensional magic use and swings were awesome
The last boss was a minor disappointment in the form of a caster, but he was still portrayed as extremely powerful (and he was too! That magic hurts)
The chess mobs were freaky/a nice touch; as it shows something slightly more sinister about the guys running the show. They also look cool.
The only downside I would say would be:
It's too large in some places, i.e. the long corridor and suddenly only only 3 guys run at you
Spoiler: show
So what I am gathering here is that hard modes take place after storyline and usually result in a hostile takeover.
