It makes me love SCH all the more in A4S where the balls do twice as much damage. Eating three balls back2back with timed adlo+embrace sparing any stupid ground aoes making you move. First phase of the fight? Pop that Rouse and let Selene heal you through it all. Got a crit adlo for the second ball? Cool, clerics early!

That said, fuck A4S.

Doing a Shiva EX farm and seeing Diamond Dust hit for 0 damage is so satisfying. Now if only I didn't accidentally leave the instance before my DRK weapon dropped into my inventory. Got Whm, Sch, Smn, and Ast though. :<

Joined a random RamuhEx pony farm tonight and we ended up 4-5 man Unsyncing everything else, too, including some dungeons.

A bit of my faith in the playerbase is restored that I can have so much fun with randoms.

Yeah its sad doing Unsynced stuff is generally more fun than doing any of the current content. A friend and I duoed the first part of the Anima dungeon grind (DRK+WAR) and that was the most fun I've had in a long time. Savage Coil unsynced is also quite awesome.

The most fun are imo unsynched carries for first timers to get poetics bonus for the relic. Ppl just enjoy the runs, try to mpk each others, it's a very relaxed atmosphere.

This, really. It's a shame about what happened to the woman and her family, it really is horrible, but I feel like all of the sadness over this on some sites is completely feigned. She literally had 2 voiced lines or so in HW and she was a different actress pre-HW.

I'm praising the only other PLD besides me I've ever seen use Tempered Will last week against a knockback, amazingly this was in DF Ravana which is scarily more succesful now.

I've only seen one PLD on my server use Tempered Will consistently, correctly. And that was back when people were farming Shiva for the weapons.

When its useful, its useful. The problem is its useless 99% of the time.

Its awesome in A3S, Levi, Shiva and ???. I know there are couple more uses but they are rare.

It needs a secondary effect, like TP regain, so you use it on CD unless holding it for the knockback effect.
