It's not a cutscene so you won't see it in the inn. The goblins run up to you as NPCs and talk.

I don't think it's in-game then. I've never seen the goblins I've saved after the final boss.

I have seen them but it's been a long time since I did any Longstops. After the exit appears, all the saved goblins eventually run up to about where Atiatar spawned and stand in a line, blabbing in /say about how they saved the day.

Is it wrong that the biggest kick I've had from this game in a couple of days is finding a crafter tucked away out of the annoying background noise, and then proceeding to spam songs in front of them? I'm undecided on the optimal emote to finish my serenades with...

It's gonna suck when they release PvP and I lose Wolves Den as my quiet, secluded crafting spot.

I am so impressed with the game as it is right now, as compared to 1.0

This experience is so much different for me compared to FFXI. Back then I was college-age, and could play for days on end. Now that I'm all big and grown up I don't have the time to play like that anymore, and FFXIV works well with what time I have. Jump on, do an AK run or two, get some darklight, fuck yeah. I'm a a half geared PLD with pure hoplite main gear/darklight accessories and I doubt I'll ever be on par with any endgame players like I used to be but I'm still having a blast.

Even beat Titan HM on my first try with a DF group. Supreme Victory.

I got my Titan win from a similar group on Hyperion. As one of the 20 odd tanks that shout in Toll every day, kudos to everyone that does this.

I'd go there if I could find a FC that fits my style. So far only seen two on the OF that seem to fit my criteria.

Anyway... doing leve grinding over the weekend I noticed a dead, moss-covered Treant in the South Shroud. Pretty sure it's for CNJ story or something along those lines, but still thought it looked pretty great in the environment. They really went out of their way to make Black Shroud not look like a piece of crap.

This is awesome, my friend and I were thinking of transferring to Balmung once server transfers are live. Hearing stuff like this makes it sound like a good option
