There is clearly a set rotation on the mini-nodes and it never changes. The only thing that changes up the rotation is Allagan Rot on the boss, if your dps is there, it will do Allagan Rot> HV and then obv it will always somehow sync up perfectly to HV while you are passing rot, no matter your order in the rotation, because ADS has ESP or some shit.

The weird part was sometimes he would do it before repelling cannons - either it was a long delay from an ADS special move (like Raldo's suggestion of a roatation) - or it was just weird timing. I almost missed it because I was waiting for him to use an attack and noticed he just opened up with High Voltage (this is also as a second silencer).

I've noticed a kinda rare glitch with the ADS in regards to HV. Sometimes it'll start to cast it for like .5 seconds (not during the normal rotation) then switch to some other ability instantly. I always assumed it was some kind of display glitch, but maybe yours just actually went off when it wasn't supposed to.

All of turn 2 they use HV on a 20 sec recast. We use to use rain of death debuff as a visual timer to get ready for HV silence.

We just stun on PLD so that BRDs can do whatever.

Just to reiterate: High Voltage is always after Repelling Shot in turn 2. The only exception is when ADS is transitioning his moveset at 75/50/25%, when he does that there's a chance he'll say fuck yo shit and HV out of order.

Finally finished the story mode after not playing for months. Marathoned it this weekend to finish. End of the story, especially the last few story fights (Westwind on) were a lot of fun. Also glad that they have a Story Roulette for some extra tomes especially since they only take 20-30 minutes to complete. If I wasn't so tired last night I could have gotten my DL robe and the roulette could have gotten another piece today too.

Also, Prae Magitek part is great.
