Got all drops from T1-4 now, lesser pieces are just a second ring or drops from T5. First T5 win too, knew the fight and didn't wipe once 1/1 it. Then went and cleared 5 more times. Echo buff etc but still finally nice to of had a group that wasn't a potato.

Got my smn his t5 book last night. I think my party might have the world first on a df t5 clear. Everyone but one healer had a decent idea on what to do up to twisters. Got her down with under 15min left.

I'm happy to hear people are having some luck with DF T5. I can only imagine with some of the pugs I've joined on my server ended how bad a DF would have been. Talkin' people not running conflags or how to handle fireballs

Joined a 0/3 Lost City on SMN that was missing a tank, tanked through to 2nd boss with Titan-Egi. Ended up with a tank for the last third, sadly(?), but it was at least fun/different.

Minor complaint: Pets don't get stacks on 2nd boss, so they can't tank it. SMN facetank mode engage.

When I do it with premade (i.e. people are bored of Brayflox), we just go 3 DPS and Healer. Switch to Titan-egi for Goobue and Diabolos, leave Garuda for Arioch because it's on DPS with powders anyways.

And that goes quickly enough on trash mobs? Can't really do big pulls there but you can do big enough you'd want a tank...

...right next to Garuda-Egi. Garuda's like, "You came to the wrong neighborhood motherfucker" and knocks him back of her own accord interrupting his cast.

Usually I complain about that guy not putting his pet on Obey, but not today.

I'm well aware that you can use the abilities on obey, but that guy never has his pet on Obey. I wouldn't trust most SMNs to hit that properly in a clutch situation anyway. I was merely amused that Garuda saved us when she usually causes more problems than she solves.

Made a group today with two friends, one tank, one drg, and me as mnk. Enlisted a party finder for solo tank method and got a fantastic party, finally killed Titan Ex, and then Ifrit right after and now have my Dual Haken. Feels so damn good.

Gil Gil. Its everywhere! Lol I have made easy 5+mil from when the patch hit. And that's almost not even trying. Granted 3mil came from the first few hours but shit, I am very happy.

this, literally not even trying for gil, not crafting at all, just working on animus, up 500k just from 2flox (and 1 full run got me the opo opo minion, which i promptly sold for 250k), durability potion combined with 2 boss brayflox =gil.

My ls has a few ideas too we plan to try out. Will see how it plays out. But a large house seems very easy to come by if given a month or so.

I tend to push out a lot more then most, but we have a fc full of crafter's and very close to max melded new gear in all crafts.

Worked with a bunch of different PUG groups to get the Levi EX clear yesterday. Saw a lot of the same names popping up in different groups through the afternoon It was kind of a nice change having some English groups via the forced PF. To everyone's credit all the groups went right down to the last attempt, unless someone had to leave.

People complain about it being out of the DF but I think it's great for the first patch cycle at least. As mentioned I get some english groups, plus you can pick and choose groups, something that's invaluable for DPS trying to farm weapons.
