I don't know exactly, since I was maxed in 1.0, but from what I heard you need to do GC hunting log and will probably need to do Dzemael at one point (but not sure if for this rank), which is a lv 44 instance.

The level 44 quest to Darkhold is a requirement for some rank, not sure which atm since I did it before I started hardcore FATE spamming and didn't have an excess of seals. At Chief Sergeant you'll need to finish rank 2 hunting log and beat the main storyline, which opens up another quest from your GC commander to promote to Lieutenant

You can get a decent chunk of seals for relatively common items but you can only turn in items every so often (I forget what the schedule is).

Speaking about that. I heard you can turn in HQ items for better rewards? If you need to turn in multiple items do they all need to be HQ?

I couldn't tell you, I've already got more seals than I can spend so I don't really do the supply stuff.

There was some mention of it on the official forum. I seem to remember you have to rank up a bit in your existing GC before it's possible.
