Are there any places where people are giving away or trading extra buddy codes from 1.0?
So if i buy this on PS3 i wont be able to log in on PC? PC version is sold out and i have the game installed on my pc already just need a code.
So, how exactly do you register your PS3 registration code coming off of Early Access? If I follow the little booklet thing that comes with the game, it says to go to Account Management and then Redeem Codes. Is this correct? I ask because anytime I enter my code there it says that the code is either incorrect or invalid.
Edit: Never mind. My "O" was a fucking "D." It doesn't look anything like a "D." I only tried it because someone else on gamefaqs said that their "D" was actually an "O."
Follow up this, I have rejected the PS3 and buy a normal PC version.
Good thing is I can upgrade my normal PC version to CE digitally on Mogstation management. :D
Everything works fine for me, and no... I can't play on PS3 with PC registered. My PS3 can go to rest in peace in my store room now.
Short version: I'm a 1.0 CE/Legacy player. So I need to buy my own 2nd copy of a PS3 version to also be able to play this on PS3?
Long Version:
I'm a 1.0 Legacy player. Even had the CE. So, for all the Betas, I was pretty much automatically in. I played on PC.
My wife made a character in the first PS3 beta as well, and we pre-ordered her a PS3 CE. She's all set up now. The PS3 version came with a 12-digit code which she entered on the PS3 at "Redeem Codes" and that allowed her to sign in. She didn't even need to install from the disc or download off the PSN store, since she had the P4 beta on there still (which works).
However, when I go to log in on my PSN ID (we each have our own), I'm told there's no service account registered with mine. But how do I do this? I don't have a 12-digit code. So I need to buy my own 2nd copy of a PS3 version to play this on PS3? Or is there another way through Mogstation or something?
I know it was thought this might have applied to Early Access, but is this an ongoing/permanent thing from SE? Pretty crummy if so. :/
