2 Questions

1) Was anyone able to find the SMN/SCH Npc?
2) For those who already had a job at 50 and all quests done exemple WHM, do you have to redo them since you already have those skills?

You do not need to redo Job quests to get skills and spells, only class quests to unlock abilities and spells.

I just finished all conjurer quests earlier to get Fluid Aura and Cure II.

I accepted, but did not do any part of, the first DRG quest. Maybe there will eventually be more to the line down the road? I dunno.

Class quest ends at 30 then it's job quest from 30-50

I've been burning through the Monk quests even though I finished them in 1.0. I'm on the last one and the only reason I'm not done is because instances are down (for the non-JP scrubs). Pretty much all soloable, the exact same storyline with maybe one or two small changes because of ARR.

It's the other NPC in the guild with the quest icon.

SCH NPC is in the Coral Tower in Limsa Lominsa, SMN NPC in Apkallu Falls in Gridania (exactly where Louisoix was). SMN seems to have main scenario requirements though: for the first quest you need to defeat Ifrit in the main scenario, the second requires Titan.

Where do I go to get Monk job quest?

I've been burning through the Monk quests even though I finished them in 1.0. I'm on the last one and the only reason I'm not done is because instances are down (for the non-JP scrubs). Pretty much all soloable, the exact same storyline with maybe one or two small changes because of ARR.

I got destroyed a few times on that last quest, but I have no gear at all (AH weapon/cheap accessories/4 pieces AF). I couldn't find any decent potions either like X-potion. Any tips if you got through it? I've been dropping the healer ASAP and getting rid of the other adds while rotating defensive cooldowns, but just can't get them all down fast enough.

It's the npc standing to the Left right before the step down into the circle in the Cnj guild, starts with a "B" he/se also gives you the light the lamps quest where you kill Lady bugs, you flag that one then switch to conjurer should be a quest called something unicorn in there.

Don't have to flag the lamp quest, just be on CNJ and talk to him, it'll give you the option to select the Unicorn quest.

At the counter of the Guild after you finish the lv30 Pugilist quest.

I want to say at the level they are aimed at, lv31 was fine and dandy for the lv30 MNK quest.

Solo able as in you can't take anyone else with you so you have to do it solo, but they weren't bad finished all my 1.0 50s quests

Edit: just reread your post not sure about doing the job quests as you lvl but the people doing arcanist in shell didn't seem to have too many problems

I never defeated Titan, hell only 3 missions past Ifrit, and am currently a SMN.
