Odin just popped on Hyperion. He popped in Central Shroud near the manor. We couldn't kill him fast enough and he Zantetsuken'd us at like 1%.

We were within the fate time limit by over 10 minutes, something else caused it to fail.
Just encountered Odin on Excalibur server. He appeared in Central Shroud, right up the stairs from Bentbranch. Was a long fight. People were everywhere. The entire weather for the Shroud changed to some kinda weird Aetherial weather. It was like energy particles were flowing up instead of coming down. In the end, he killed EVERYONE with Zantesuken. Not a single soul survived.
Same region as Hyperion, ours was located up the top of the vine staircase.
Also spawned on Sargatanas. Wiped at 1% and failed, seems everyone needs to LB when he starts to cast Zantetsuken.

Saw Odin up on Ultros at X:15 Y:18 Central Shroud. Time ran out before we could kill it however.
From my observations on Ultros (we didn't do nearly as well because we all got there late)
Hall of Stone - Physical vulerability up and Pertification
Hall of Lead - Slow
Valknut - DOT damage
Gungnir - Target circle appears on ground where Gungnir will fall. Anyone inside the circle becomes bound and becomes effected by Spjot which deals damage over time.
Einherjar - Instantly kills or deals heavy AOE damage in a massive circle around Odin
Both of these fates are essentially broken until they prioritize the mobs loading first.
Odin isn't as bad as Behe because he stays mostly still, but ya they need to fix that; and make your party priority higher.
Odin didn't stay still for a good while when I fought him till he was near 50% and someone actually started to tank him haha
Here's a video of the last part of the fight till he obliterates everyone.

and here's a pic from earlier in the fight, where he was chasing people in circles, got a nice pic of him up close (also to note, the entire gridania region has a firefly glowing night/mist effect which is very noticeable, when he spawns.

Got me down to 30ish fps when tons started showing up, on max settings~
Sorry for this, but thats a weird looking as fuck teletubie you have there.
Odin just popped again on Excalibur, South Shroud, near Tranquil Camp, close to the zoneline. He died. I actually managed a screenschot where you can see the mob (a little...)

Can't post a link because of post count but yeah. I was wondering if this clear was a world first?
Probably, it has only spawned one time on Hyperion and everyone ran away form zantsetsuken at 1%, and I am assuming that SE intended for everyone to die the first time they fought him. I am guessing whatever server he spawned on for the second time first was the one that killed him first.
That's a better SS than I was able to get. I think I was able to see him on my screen once if that. It was just explosion after explosion after explosion. Think a lot of WHM's were using Holy. I tried to heal and raise as many people as I could, so naturally i got pretty much no credit. Oh well, was interesting being there and see it all go off anyway.
Spoiler: show
I guess the question is how many times must he be defeated in order to face his ultimate form. I remember Yoshi saying that there was a reason Odin was that small when people asked about it. My guess is that he progressively gets bigger after each defeat until you reach his strongest version.
Well so far Odin is piss easy outside of the fact that you can't see him, can't use abilities or perform combos and thus can't really fight him.
It's sort of like Ifrit Extreme if you were playing from the moon, but in FFXIV 2.0 and in 2013.
Clearly you need to /kneel to avoid dying.
