SE support

So basically I'm stuck in a cutscene right now. I can't make a GM call on this character obviously and if I try on another they say they wont accept GM calls from other players and go to SE support center...which of course says no one will respond until monday.

Am I basically stuck and unable to play the game till monday or is there another way to get them to do their jobs and help me?

Got an alt on the same account? could call a GM from that character tell them you can't access your main character because it's stuck and see if they are able to assist you then.

did you try force closing and reopening? it shouldnt stick you back in the cutscene automatically, unless its one of those triggered by position cutscenes. I've called GM's on alternate characters and they were helpful. Worst comes to worse, you could make the call saying "XXX is stuck in a cutscene, they cant access menu to contact GM". spam the help desk till they either reply, or jail you lol.

My POL crashed a couple days ago, and it unset the password, and I thought I was being hacked, so I called on my alt, and the GM responded, it took a while, but they seemed to have no problems talking to me on another account.

have a friend log you in and do the cutscene? Presuming thats why you're crashing.

Ah ha I fixed... I just had to afk in the cutscene for 3 hours and then power thru it... somehow that actually worked

Which cutscene is it? There are a few that hang when you're using windower. Try booting normally and see if it proceeds.

Was cor af3 fight and no it wasn't windower... for some reason afking for 3 hours in it let me get farther. Like the first 9 times it did at the first change in scene then last time did it at the last which was the end of the cutscene so it worked when I logged back in
