finally fixed my game, restored an old save from a day or 2 ago on my laptop at home, refreshed to 1.034, bought Elder Covenant or w/e and got achievement just like that

it doesn't make sense why my more recent save wouldn't be able to get it when it is a progression of the one I was able to get the achievement on

I must have broken it with a hack somehow

also my golden cookies were coming way too frequently, so I'm glad that stopped; back to a mostly legit save, aside from hacked in cookies for achievement and post reset achievements, as well as lame achievements for OCD relief

thoughts on golden cookies versus blood? r/cookie clicker seems in favor of blood cookies despite math which seems to say golden is better over 600M cps

I'm running 2 concurrent versions of the same save, diverging from the point where one was put on Blood Cookies, the other remaining with Golden Cookies and 5% less income

I'll run them for the next 7 remaining hours of my 8 hour shift and see who ends up on top, I've got the javascript running which tells me how many seconds remaining until the next cookie will arrive so I should get a pretty good idea

It was really even for a while, although Golden Cookies pop up during Awoken status but at present I'd need a good solid cookie chain to get caught up to Golden Cookies, with 22.1 trillion for Golden and 16.2 for Blood after about 20 cookies so far not counting the cookie chain (since they're 2-6 seconds apart, I'll count them as 1 cookie collectively)

edit: okay holy crap lol, literally after I submitted this post, I clicked a blood cookie and must not have looked at the effects, but it must have been Elder Frenzy, production x666 for however many seconds because Blood just pulled ahead by 15 Trillion lol

There's no way the 5% chance (according to wiki) of getting that buff outweighs the negatives for having blood cookies. Where I'm at I get 1 tril 50% of the time from clicking on a golden cookie.

you're probably right but remember some of the bonuses from Blood Cookies are pretty nuts, production x666, cookie chains of up to 6.666 Trillion, and bonus cookies

Golden has pulled back ahead, it's up by 4 Trillion at the moment

So I've got 80/86 upgrades right now.

5 of them are Quintillion Hands and the 4 new 15% income ones from the latest update, anybody know what the final one is? The only thing I don't have above 100 is time machines yet. Stopped those to get Quintillion Hands.

I have all upgrades and that one is amazing, since my x7 production lasted long enough to stack with my bonus cookie with instead of giving me a trillion or so cookies, gave me 5 trillion

golden presently dominating 55.6 to 38.2

there's one I think that makes the grandmatriarchs stay appeased longer, think you have to have appeased them ten times or somehting to trigger it

Stuff that isn't in patch notes:
He added 7 more upgrades, they're all 99tril +15% cps cookie upgrades.
He also changed the formula for how Lucky! golden cookies work, because I lost about 400 billion off of what I was making per Lucky! click.
Gained a little extra cps from unknown sources.

if you are going to reset to get heavenly chips, sell all your buildings, then buy as many time machines as you can, then sell, etc. money from sales counts towards the cookie total that chips are calculated from
