do the temporary one 5 times, then do the covenant and just leave it that way. 5% loss is worth the golden cookies.

At just over 1 Quadrillion I would have 33. So to have over 5k would require a ridiculous amount of all-time cookies. Unless you've been outright cheating this entire time.

Btw, if you all haven't already, go to the wiki and the add-ons page and get Cookie Monster. Calculates Base Cost Per Income on everything, calculates your heavenly chips, golden cookie rewards, screen flashes white on golden cookie pop, and has timers on screen for frenzies, golden cookie pops and despawns. Also tells you how many seconds left until you can afford things, and how much income each building/upgrade will give you.

Extremely useful and was easy to set up.

I don't know why it added so many, I certainly didn't hack my chips amount, that just doesn't seem fun

I did cheat some cookies in a) for a achievement, and as I earlier mentioned I hacked some in after a large reset way back when there was only 3 reset achievements (there are now 4, and yes you get all of them at once if you do the largest one) and I did so in order to get back to where I was

I seem to be in a similar situation to qal wherein he had a huge cps due to stay on a particular update prior to cps rebalancing and we've both ended up with 5k+ chips

given our different paths yet similar outcome, I can only conjecture that when the update hit, the chips given (since I did not actually do a reset for them) were based on total cookies ever

at present my total cookies ever is nearly 41 quadrillion however this has jumped astronomically post update due to running at 93 billion cps and higher (to the present 109 billion cps)

I had just reached 1 billion cps pre-update

also I have that add-on it's amazing, I was merely using it for the cost per cookie bar at the bottom of the screen (I linked it earlier) but yesterday noticed the helpful chips projections among other things

I'm going to do a test to see how many chips my total cps will get me/should have gotten me to see if this accounts for my high chips number, 1 sec

Those are the stats I have calculated in excel, yet my total is showing at 448,773,466.1 (difference is 11,765.2 cps). Is this just rounding or am I missing something

simply resetting with my max cookies made as the cookies in my bank was supposed to give 235 chips, it actually gave 0 upon reset, so I am at a loss as to how this works

also Cookie Monster has an amazing feature that sells off your buildings for you pre-reset

better then selling 1600+ buildings etc

and perhaps it's just me but golden cookies are appearing less frequently, I never wait more than 3 minutes but I have a timer of 5 minutes for the next now

edit: maybe it's a longer timer if you didn't click the previous one

again, its all cookies ever made ever, including all resets, and it just recalculates off the new number every time you reset, not sure how that doesn't make sense

the all time stat is since last reset (all time is misleading I guess) there is, afaik, no actual way to track the absolute total, outside of taking the heavenly chips total, and reversing the formula to get a ballpark figure

damn lol, if 41 quadrillion gets 235, I can't fathom the amount of cookies I must have made in total ever given the fact that with each reset, the amount required for the next chip increases by either 3 trillion or 400% since the first is for 1 trillion and the next is for 4 trillion

I'm guessing it's 400% so those kind of numbers are bonkers

it keeps track of the cookies you made pre-reset too and adds them to whatever your total is when you reset

does the sell out button re-buy/sell items until you have no more cookies in the bank? I'm not planning to reset until I get the last three achievements which is probably a week from now; I need over 1.1 quadrillion cookies to get the last three achievements I need

square the number of chips to get how many all time you have in trillions, minimum. you definitely glitched out because 5041^2 is 25,411,681,000,000,000,000 (quintillion) cookies. 5042^2 is another 10 quadrillion on top of that.
