Click Square-Enix Account Settings then click List Subscriptions. It will show the billing cycle, when you will be billed next, your current chosen payment method, and estimated fee.

So I bought the game for my brother and was going to use the Early Access (Which I have) and the Collectors Edition code for myself. Giving him the actual game code, I went to mog station to add the bonus CE code onto my account, but i have an 18 digit code and the allocated spaces are for a 20 digit code, do i have to go to some other site and enter in my 18 Digit code to get my CE code? I tried to download the instructions that were also linked in the email i got last night but apparently I can't download it cause its been more than 30 days, anyone know what to do?

Yup! It comes with the Before Meteor soundtrack. Just enter the code in the Mog Station website and you should get it on your next log in.

CE code and game code are one in the same. If you have a standard account already, you cannot get the CE items by using a PC CE code cause you already have the windows version. You can get CE items by getting the ps3 version or by doing the 20 dollar upgrade.

Also, 18 digit code is for preordering. 20 digit code is game.

I made a mistake with my account in 1.0, and now it has come back to haunt me. My buddy pass got activated on my main account when I was trying to get my CE items. Now it shows two service accounts, with my 1.0 CE items on one and my 2.0 CE items on the other. I just put in a ticket to see if they will combine them. If not... I need to decide whether to give up the Behemoth minion, or give up the helm and armguards and a lvl 17/15 character just for a cute minion... Damn aesthetically pleasing items!

I have this same issue... Doesn't really matter considering I have the PS3 CE but it never came with a pre-order code unless its in the registration code along with CE item.

Edit: nvm, apparently the pre-order code was on the findmyorder website.. They didn't notify me at all about the code, it was a separate thing. Now I'm afraid to apply any codes lol, no idea why they have two service accounts, one legacy and the other Windows CE. I guess since I applied my buddy code by mistake a longggg time ago.

Did anyone have Crysta leftover from their 1.0 account and did it transfer as expected into Mog Station? I have like $22 in Crysta still on both my accounts. I'm *hopeful* that that gets drained before my card gets charged, but we'll see. I can't even look at Mog Station right now since I'm at work and my token is safely ensconced in me money vault along with my lucky dime.

By the way, in case anyone's interested, the answer to this question was "yes". The Crysta was transferred over, and I've added enough to cover my 180-day auto-renewal, and after that processes, I'll switch it to credit card.

Well I already activated a different code they gave me for pre order, it's says the other 20 digits code is invalid when I try and put it in, I've double checked it to make sure I was doing it right, but yeah no CE bonus,

Why do you "need" to select Standard. If you only want 1 char, then yes, select Entry. It's the same cost as Standard, but with standard you commit to 6 month cycles. If you're OK with 6 month billing though, then yeah, may as well grab the extra char slots.

I'll be selecting Entry personally even though in most other MMOs i always did 1 year cycles. It's just because I KNOW I will never have more than 1 char.

What do you mean you commit to six month cycles? The pricing breakdown is:

Legacy:
$9.99 / 30 days (same benefits as "standard")

Entry:
$12.99 / 30 days

Standard (3 options):
$14.99 / 30 days
$41.97 / 90 days ($13.99 per 30 days)
$77.94 / 180 days ($12.99 per 30 days)

You only need to commit to six months if you want the cheapest standard pricing. That's probably what you meant, but I just wanted to clarify for others.
