NA grouping moving to JPN server ?

Since I see that many have been posted suffering login.
Here I'm to share my experience/ thinking.

I personally played on JPN server most of the time, although I do have character created on NA server.
Ever since NA server always having trouble, I can constantly immediately login at JPN server.

Everyday login and playing in JPN server without much of problem, also there are some English spoken players there.

I'm quite encouraging those of you suffering NA server should gang-up and hope over to any JPN server.
Thinking in this way - when JP sleeping, you guys occupy the server, when you guys sleeping, then it is JPN play time.

Except a few oceanic populated one like Murasame and Tonberry. These two suffer the same as NA server due to SEA and Aussie-Kiwi populated in there.

Above is my opinion.

Of course, you might suffer a bit of responsiveness issue. However, I have not been getting this problem specially during fight/ battle. I always can dodge all AOE dmg moves from monsters, unless it was me not aware to move out.

I chose a random server in middle of list, JP i think, havent had any problems..

I play on Masamune. As I write this I am getting server full errors and can't login, but I don't care because it's 9am and I'm about to go to work anyway. Even though I literally live like 100mi from the NA datacenter, I find my ping and responsiveness to the JP server more than fine, and I can login usually by 11am or so when the JPs start going to bed. I also like running the Duty Finder with all languages enabled... JP parties seem to have the same effectiveness that they did back in the folklore of XI, where if you got a JP party you had a good chance of some good xps. In this case I find I get tanks who don't suck, use markers, and DPS who dutifully attack marked mobs in order. It's amazing.

I've been playing on Ramuh (my first FFXI server) since P4 and haven't had many issues. During the morning EST I may get login errors, but that only happened once so far. There is a great number of NA/EU, and I get RMT tells of 7 USD/10,000gil lol (my char's name starts with A). Once the first merge comes, I might go to an NA server.

Lately, JP server is having quite some maintenance. Perhaps it was game launched ...

We used to be on Midgardsormr in FFXI, but in XIV v.1.0 our members ended up on Ridill, which is now a JP legacy sever, so that's where the rest of the LS has coalesced since ARR launch.

We may eventually move back to Midgar, but for now I think we're all pretty happy on our little JP outpost. No RMT, lots of polite Japanese players, some veteran US players, and a few EU, and very few 'server full' errors (just once, so I went and played GW2 for an hour, came back and was able to login with no problem).
