The NPC is Jonathas and he can be found at Apkallu Falls in Old Gridania, the area where Louisoix used to hang out ( *sniff* :< ).


Speaking of achievement rewards, I needed a spot to ask about one of the icons.

What does the little stars icon mean??? EXP reward maybe?

I know the medal = title, the chest = item, but some of them have three or so little stars in the same area (Materia achievements, for example). The shit does that mean?
