War just takes more focus because you don't have the random dodge from flashing and no cds to take a load off the healers for table flip. Outside that the fight is the same, and seeing as 90% of plds do not know the order because they stand still it's the same thing reallylol

I agree. I help on a lot of titan runs, and when I go on my BRD, I realize how a good PLD can make a difference between a win or loss, especially if the healer is a little shaky. PLD's who improperly manage their CD's, don't know when to Flash before buster, can't position perfectly for bombs and end up eating double bombs, don't stone skin during landslide, etc. I understand people like to boil it down to "Stand there, pop a CD or something" for tanking, and sure with a good group, that's probably enough to win, but if you have a suspect group, a PLD who's really on the ball makes a world of difference.

Yes, there is room, you don't have to have one foot off the edge or anything like that. I've never fallen off and I've only seen someone fall once so far.

Anyone have suggestions for using 2x SCH on Titan?
I'm trying to get my first relic done, but another FC member has leveled SCH up as another job and "needs" Titan to finish her 2nd relic now on SCH. We're about equal in gear.
I'm pretty familiar with the fight at this point (keep a moveset cheat sheet on my desk for the fight), but it seems whenever we get to phase 5, we just can't keep up with the AoE damage and wipe. :/
I've asked repeatedly for a WHM to heal alongside, even volunteering to sit out so the they can fill my spot with a WHM, the other SCH can finish her book, and maybe then they won't be hell-bend on healing it with 2x SCH. :< I'm just at a loss and feeling super frustrated.

No reason 2 SCH isn't doable. I just got done solo healing as SCH (albeit with better gear). If necessary, try to designate one of you as mostly focusing on tank heals, one on party heals (specifically individual Physick, not Succor) If tank needs emergency top-off, Lustrate as needed (don't spam it; if 1 isn't enough he's probably a goner anyways). With 2 SCH you can have trade off applying Supervirus on the (Mountain Buster > Stomps) part. If you have any BLMs or SMNs they can apply on the Buster>Plumes one. Pop Sacred Soil before Buster (should be dropping around the time Titan does cleave before Buster). Make sure pre-Succor is on before stomps and before Earthen Fury. BRDs should use Rain of Death before Busters if you have any.

Alternately, I'm on Hyperion if you need a WHM and I'm around.

During the week, I'm usually on in the mornings for 1-2 hours, since I work nights (1-9 pm EST).
On the weekend I'm typically always on, with the exception of the last two, as they've been log on > do a bunch of Titans > get frustrated > log off. :/

Seems to me that the hard part of 2x scholar is healing the stomps that complete outstrip what two scholars can effectively heal for (due to lower potency and non-stacking buff issues), which are ironically all things that are (hopefully) irrelevant to single scholar runs. Two scholars hit that point so much sooner than scholar and white mage, or even two white mages.

Save Swiftcast for a quick Succor during stomps. That's the only thing I can think of. Eos' regen can also soften the blow a bit, if you can time it so it's up during stomps.

Try to time the fairy regen to go off during stomps and stack it with Rouse and Fey Illumiation if u can. That alone will heal everyone up to max hp given you guys keep them alive thru it with succor. Always barrier and maybe trade off Fey Covenent during stomps also. Each cycle is roughly 1min long so it lines up nicely with CDs that are 1min long.

There's nothing wrong with going for a 3 healer setup if you find you're having trouble healing as two not fully geared SCHs.
I know my first few tries on Titan as SCH were pretty hectic and very different from anything else up to that point. Ended up making a group with 3 other FC members and shouting for the other four announcing a three healer setup.

Two of the healers can pop Cleric Stance and DPS during heart phase. Despite what naysayers might keep saying about lack of DPS, we didn't even need LB to kill the heart in time.

It's definitely faster with more DPSs and less healers, but I'd honestly rather take the two extra min to kill and not have to stress about things going wrong because a healer had a sudden mind fart and forgot WotL was next, specially with a group full of first timers.

I do keep saying here and there that bad heals make or break a Titan, but in the case of 2 SCH it's bad DPS that are going to make it miserable. Doesn't matter how much Virus and mitigation you have, unless your SCH(s) are jesus you're gonna die eventually if your DPs is miserable/dead.

My smoothest Titan ever was 3 healers and 1 tank. I know 1 tank is normal but 3 healers made phase 5 a joke. Your only issue will be killing the heart but with decent DPS and healers that are capable of doing some damage its not that hard.

Spam Succor on stomps, use Eos buffes + SS + Virus. Place her near behind Titan so she'll heal the tank all the time (re-place her when she gets pushed) Pre-casting shit is the key there, but really there is no reason you can't do it with 2 SCH.
