Doesn't really matter what it looks like with Glamours being added but I think it looks pretty terrible.

Woke up to try to flag everything and start the Glanzfaust quest.... kill me. Why would you do this to me SE? Why?

(For those that don't know, you need to get 12 drops from 12 different FATEs and the drop rate is really low on all of them)

It is leading to the best wep in the game well second best. Would be stupid to give it to you in one day.

I do side that I fucking hate the fate idea. Would of rather seen turn 5 10 times or something with a rare drop.

You know that if they went that way (when they do, rather, I can feel it in my bones) it would have just been Salvage droprates from T9. I'd rather be able to plug away at it little by little for now. I'm sure the people who went 0/21 on Twintania drops feel similarly.

That isn't glanzfaust, that's the shparai animus questline. Glanzfaust is bought with 10 Rowena's tokens of soldiery and 1 unidentified allagon tomestone before being fully upgraded with sands of time.

so what's looking like a good choice for soldiery gear priority? that body looks amazing stat-wise, especially since i haven't seen allagan body drop... but i don't know if it would be better to hold off for weathered glanzfaust for the bump in WD. guess that will depend on the ease of acquisition for the unidentified tomestone.

secondaries on all the new weapons are a major letdown though.

Oh...well that makes me feel soooooooo much better. Then why bother going for the Animus other than for completeness sake? It's so much worse than Glanzfaust. I guess it's simply how you spend the Soldiery.

The Glanzfaust. WD > all other stats. It'll be painful to stick with the old myth body/allagan body but it's what must be done!

See, it still depends how hard getting the allagan tomestone is. If you can finish animus before you get a tomestone then its better to start buying gloam. Actually its both tomestone and the sands or w/e is used to upgrade weathered glanzfaust.

Then while you work on that use the tidal wave fists as an intermediary weapon.

The Relics(Zenith>Atma>Animus) will continue to get upgraded from here on out and eventually be the best weapons in the game(supposedly, and supposedly customizable). So you can start now, while doing other stuff, or wait and have a shit ton of stuff to do later on.

From what I understand about the glamour system, yes so long as they're lower or equal to the same ilvl as what you want them to replace

I finally got my Atma relic, I'm pretty bummed though, the one you buy with soldiery is better and so is Leviathan's... I hope there's something worthwhile at the end, like letting you costomize it and swapping skill speed for determination or something :<

You can buy the Wheathered Glanzfaust with 10 Rowena Token (Soldiery), which are 130 Tomestones each, and an Unidentified Allagan Tomestone

Some of the books you do more than once, so with repeats you buy 9 books. I don't have the quest yet but I know this is the case. It's finishable now, but its a lot of work for an i100 weapon. Quickest weapon is gonna be Leviathan, you can get that i100 now if you're lucky. Can't buy weathered glanzfaust for 17 days minimum, and thats assuming you have an allagan tome from coil.

I seriously thought the weathered glanzfaust was gonna be the upgraded relic when it's in zodiac stage. Was totally off there. So i wonder how you can turn that into the glanzfaust.

*edit* damn i need to just farm levi, so far it's the current best weapon, statswise too. But now... Holy shit t6 is seriously not mnk friendly, how are you guys dealing w/ chains and positioning when people have the flowers before getting eaten? My static constantly gets to 50%, but i'm usually getting my ass handed.
