Seriously.

If there no way to control aggro, I don't think I would have stayed with it. At least they gave you lots of shortcuts. The repeat boss fights at first were kind of fun with the storyline, but as they repeated the stories just got lazy.

But great game over all, I really only just started doing nemesis.

There are a few things I don't understand. If this angel they saw was Agnes from another world, how did she go a couple thousand years back to talk to the Sage and DeRosso.

Is Airy being created by Ouroboros a translation error? Perhaps she meant her new form/being reborn as her more powerful transformations? If not, would that mean that he also created Airy's sister?

Any clue on what happened to the Tiz(es) that belonged to other worlds? If Ouroboros had been defeated, then there'd be no point in them keeping him awake any longer?

I thought Ringabell was unique; as most worlds had an Alternis; but during the final fight, we saw several other worlds with Ringabell as opposed to Alternis. Was this explained?

I loved the game but am pretty burned out on it. Probably won't be doing new game+ for any length of time (I generally like to wait a few years, where while I still remember the major points, I forget all the small things piecing them together before replaying a game anyways. Like Xenogears,

Since I did the true ending first, I really though that by breaking the crystal I would end up with an explanation about the angel, seemed like a good place to bring it up...

Oh well, I'm just not going to think too hard on this one, a lot of questions and plot holes also why the fuck they keep following Airy, when they know she is up to no good, there should have been something else in the story compelling them to go that path, but no you have the sage telling them to make their own decisions.

The repeats after the conjurer quest were just lazy, like they could not even think of reasons to put the bosses together (we are going to fight you because you have no girl power)

All that said, I'm glad I played, I love the endless combos of jobs and abilities. How one setup and be 2-shoted and another you can just auto-battle. Story was good and had feels and I will buy the next one if we get it.

Consider Alternis as being from world n. Some of the time, he survives the events of the Pillar of Light and becomes the Ringabel of world n+1. Two of the conditions should include A) surviving and washing up in Cadisla and B) holding onto his journal. Transferring between worlds usually results in some amount of time shifting, sending Alternis/Ringabel back about 6 months or so and in an extremely rare event the Agnes of at least one world back 1800 years to warn about Airy's deception. Still feels like I'm putting too much thought into it, though.

I agree that the better ending should have been reserved for, you know, following the meaning of the title and such rather than being a dumbass and getting duped for 5 straight worlds.

This game is awesome - first play through and using Hard mode ; first couple of bosses were no joke and had it handed to me a few times. Had to grind just a bit and be smarter about holding up defaults and braving later. Not too far into it, about to start chapter 2 but after cranking up the encounter rate to 100% for JP grinding through dungeons, the last couple of bosses have been too easy. Double thief on Life steal made short work of

The bosses definitely get harder. I'm right at the end of Chapter 3 on hard and my guys are about level 50. I've lost to certain bosses that will wipe you without a strategy or proper party setup.

at chapter 7-8 they become more dangerous because they team up in different combinations

But for main story nope dont need to do them

Honestly doing it to see Khint's backstory was worth it imo-- it was cool to see all of the Eternians from a different side. Also I find Jackal fucking hysterical most of the time
