Recently with the Dark Souls: Design Works book it was the same thing (no delivery date info) up until last week, then they changed the delivery date and shipped it out. Seemed like everyone was getting them around the week of the 13th.

My delivery date was Feb 12-15, they told me it could change if they receive more

But i just canceled and went digital i'm not carvign that much for physical goodies

Ah gotcha, so the fact that I don't even have a delivery date... ha! Great. I guess I will just wait and see what happens. I don't mind going digital either if it comes to it.

Glad I was able to pre-order it at my local gamestop still, it's literally a short walking distance from where I work in the mall. Going to ask them to deliver that shit to me personally. :D

They show that it went up for Best Buy on the 2nd so I'm going to say the 4th is likely for amazon.

Also, Amazon won't let you preorder it anymore so I'm fairly certain we're still good, otherwise they would have told us we're SoL a while back.

Actually I grabbed mine on the 2nd at Amazon, maybe they don't know what kind of CE stock they have yet? Seems like only recently have my preorders with them had no kind of estimated date. Happened with the Dark Souls: Design Works. That had no date until they said March, then they said February, then January 22nd, then back to none, then it showed up on the 15th =P My Dark Souls II Collector's Edition guide has no date either.

Fingers crossed. The OST would be nice, as would the art book (though it should be said the Design Works book is 1,000x more amazing obviously) but I am not going to worry much if I have to switch to digital. I have the room and the desire to always be playing this.

Just finished up the demo. How will I know if I get all the bonuses? I got one when Icleared the game, but I didn't get anything when I mastered all the jobs and such. :<

Guard on the left side of town tells you all the ones you have and if you have all of them.

7 total:
-playing the demo
-each boss (5 total)
-maxing the village out (level 3 at each shop.)

This game has the worst naming convention ever. Bravely Default? Sounds like a bankruptcy firm. For the Sequel? What sequel? Jeez the title is a mess. Probably enough to scare people off what looks like a pretty solid game if you're a fan of classic JRPGs.

Finished the demo and hot damn, day one for this game. The dragon was the hardest boss in the demo and some jobs like Ninja and Swordmaster are totally OP. I kinda hope Bard gets better, the rock star outfits are adorable. I'm also loving that the game is using the Tactics Ogre classes crossed over with some Final Fantasy for a potent hit of nostalgia.

My 3DS is gleeful that it once again will have a wonderful game to run. Gotta justify my investment somehow.

I think it's a brilliant marketing strategy by Squeenix. Buy this game.... "for the sequel" to come out! Because yeah, there is a sequel in the works atm.

and I am completely joking, it's definitely a bravely generic name to give.

This is a role-playing game in which players help a band of heroes save the fantasy kingdom of Luxendarc. From a 3/4 overhead perspective, players traverse the land, explore dungeons, and engage in turn-based combat against human characters and fantasy creatures (e.g., goblins, dragons, giant insects). So does anyone who preordered the game from Amazon have an estimated delivery date?

I tried to get an explanation out of Amazon but it went poorly.

Me:Every other item I've preordered has a "delivery date". Why does this one not have a delivery date?

Sita:"I've checked the product detail page on Amazon.com, and it appears item is currently eligible for Release-Date Delivery.

Me:That doesn't explain why there's no delivery date.

Sita:Addresses must be within the lower 48 United States and can't be to a PO Box or APO/FPO. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations will be delivered after the release date. Release-Date Delivery isn't available to Amazon Lockers.

Me: ...
