I think he means he kills 6 vanasarviks in 25 min, because theres no way that he gets a pt of ~12, relocates to mount Z and kills 6 vanasarviks in 25 min. Each fight alone ahould be about 5 min (3 min fight and thats being generous with an easy white, 1 min to empty chest, 1 min to trade cells).

As far as abyssea is concerned as a part of the campaign you start with 100 pearl, azure, silver and gold lights just by getting visitant status. So lights aren't too much a problem right now

Also get a free 200k cruor from the blue box next to horst (one time thing) during this event. Assuming you already have the purchased lunar abyssite, 100k if not. So cruor shouldn't be an issue unless you're doing enough runs to redo all of your merit ws from scratch. If you're dead set on using exp cells, use 2 blue and 1 red for the other 3, that way you get a guaranteed extra drop slot and a slightly better chance of decent drops.

6 vans are possible in 25 min. 12 not so much. cleaving WARs destroy him and his adds, while adds boost WS frequency tremendously due to retallation

Where are you getting lights from in a 2 min kill if:
White is based on a weapon skill
White is inaccessible
White is a blu spell you 1 blu doesnt have set?

Yeah its possible to rape it down quickly, but not every fight is gonna pop up with addle/elemental:ni/luminohelix/provoke

I honestly had a difficult time finding any screenshots of ingot lot pools, not to mention anything demonstrating slot positioning. My presumption is mostly based on the aforementioned facts: namely, that it's a crafting item (which generally come from other slots), and secondly, that it's not exclusive to mobs, which is relevant since the most valuable item in the first slot is generally considered to be the mobs' exclusive drop, or something otherwise very rare/valuable. Are there cases of other crafting items being in the first slot?

I received serica cloth in the 1st slot while spamming beguiling yesterday while the rest of the chest was junk. I did not take a pic since I did not think it would be relevant. So, add it to the "he said" list of evidence.

It's definitely still better than nothing.

I don't think whether special crafting mats appear in the first slot or not matters that much. Even if they're first slot only, we still don't know if cobalt affects it or not.

Would matter more if they were NOT 1st slot only. At that point I'd be more willing to say cobalt helps "for sure."

Except it hasnt been determined if rare items can actually load in slots 1-6 and it just cycles it to the top if one loads. And we probably never will find out at this point since VW is dead.
