Anyone knows what is this for? the SE notes don't specify anything, and I can't seem to find any info on FFXIAH, here or the OF.

Potentially fixing the "temporary" ballista fix. Hopefully doing some other fixes alongside it.

I'm not exactly sure how to replicate it, but it involves resting packets in some way. There was a thread about it on ffevo. A lot of people have been using it to sell souls for a good while.

Maybe it was that GMs just caught on to people doing that then.

Would hope that they at least fixed Cizin feet and legs being called the same damn thing.

I bet it's just the Ballista thing and assorted other last-patch fixes, some of which they might not be done yet. I do not see why else they'd give us 4 days warning for an emergency maint.

That's been messed up since they added them in the early August update and they apparently couldn't be bothered to fix it in the late August update, even though it was a "known issue." We'll be lucky if it's fixed in the first fall update.

Yeah, it's the same with Xux leg, they didn't "fix" them during the late august patch.
