Easy to explain, basic weapon attack(the top left stat on weapon windown) makes a huge difference even if it´s just one grade. Skillspeed makes you using your skills more often in the same time and skills animation can even be skipped partly when having enough speed. Attack(bonus stat below the main stats in the weapon/armor window) is not impacting your damage so much and calculates different than basic weapon/physical attack I guess. Crit isn´t that important because it is a luck based stat and it doesn't seem we crit very often anyways- at least me lol. Determination is a very less-recognizable stat as it increases auto-attack damage but slighty.
In your case, I'd go for crit as a caster. The accuracy increase in set gear depends entirely on if you're doing end-game stuff or not. I'd assume the really hard bosses require a higher ACC.
