Can't reactivate account

Not able to reactivate through SE account management page.

I've also heard some people are having a difficult time of deactivating their account as well from FFXIAH but it only seems like a handful of people. Every time I log on to the registration page and click "Reactivate" I get taken to a "Under Maintenance" Page. From my understanding...It has been like this for about 2 weeks now and SE hasn't responded. I've also heard people are having issues deactivating? ZAM and ffxi reddit also have this same post but no solutionnnn -.-;

Anyone have any ideas or anyone else having a similar problem? Also clicking on OPTIONS doesn't work. I guess some people are able to reactivate going through that method but that doesn't work for me.
