Change the in game rules. Must stay out entire series/quarter. Dole out hefty fines and potential suspensions after the fact (Giants didn't even report on their player's injury, coughlin said "he was in the position where he needed to regroup" oh yeah, what does that fucking mean?).

It's difficult to prove, yeah but it doesn't mean that there shouldn't be some sort of change.

I said it was difficult to prove. At the very least, if there's an injury time out, then the team HAS to disclose the nature of the injury. "He was in a position where he needed to regroup" is not acceptable. And at least change the rules that players that exit the game during an injury time out cannot return for at the very least the rest of the series, or maybe a quarter.

I would be willing to buy into having to sit out the rest of the series after injury unless the team burns a timeout. NFL could sell it as looking out for the players as well.
