Stuck Downloading Data

I logged out a few days ago as an opo-opo in Toraimarai Canal. 2 days ago I tried logging back in and timed out on my main, but not my mule.

Its 2 days later I still can't log back in. I did a file check and everything was okay.

I've sent 2 GM requests with the same visit us online message. I've sent 2 chat requests on the support site both of which ended with "there are no available agents to chat with" and after the 25th hour they still haven't replied to my Email.

Going to try and log in from another pc to see if that helps. If not I dont know what to do.

it sounds like it would be a 0mg macro file. go into your user data in the ff folder and look around for a 0g file in your user folders and delete it.

If the 0mg macro file doesn't work, you need to reinstall the game. I've had this issue at the Feiyin dungeon and the 0mg fix didn't work.

The only times I've had this, I had someone else log me in and move me and I was fine. When it happened to me it was character specific, not area specific, though. Like my main got stuck going into Windy Waters but I could zone my mule into the area fine. Might be worth a try before taking the time to reinstall.

I had the same problem the other day, my main and a mule in San d'Oria couldn't log in and my other mules that weren't in San d'Oria were fine. I ran file check and it didn't fix anything. I reinstalled and I was able to log in just fine. This implies that the file check didn't fix anything.

If you're tech savvy someone might be able to make an .md5 file or a .sfv file of all of the game files so you can compare. You'd probably want someone who has a fresh install without any dat swaps. I can do it when I get home.

I'm installing the game on the wife's PC now going to see if that works. I did a check of the user folder and saw no 0 size files

I've had this problem happen to me a few years back. Have a friend log onto your character or use another remote PC to log onto your character and zone out. You'll be fine after that.

did a fresh install on the wife's PC and still stuck at downloading data. So, that can't be good.

I want to say it has something to do with a shared IP address in your home maybe-- a shame the problem never reoccurred for me. I still say have a friend you trust try logging in.

Do you get error 3000 after sitting on downloading data for awhile? I had that issue maybe 5 months ago, just did a complete reset on the router and it fixed it after restarting the computer. Hope it helps.

Well that was partly me trying to cut corners apparently I neglected to remember that I logged out as pup and didn't install Treasures to save time. And even though I was actually an Opo-Opo I guess the actual job you're on still matters installed treasures/Cop/Wings and it worked.

Update: So I tried again today to go the canal on a rabbit this time and it appears as though I run into the same problem so looks like re-install on main machine or avoid that zone.

Well I've done a fresh install on wife's machine and on my machine and I'm getting the error again and what's worse is, Its adding more zones. It seems to be dungeons only so far " Crawlers nest Toraimarai Canal and now Garlaige Citadel" Error Appears now on both machines.
